Ocean Forest 1006 --- Ce condo une chambre rénovée offre une vue directe sur l'océan-avant et est juste en face de la plage! Situé au 10Úme étage donnant sur la piscine extérieure. La chambre principale est livré avec un lit king size confortable et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Détendez vos pieds sur Myrtle Turtle tout en profitant de la vue sur l'océan depuis le salon. Il y a un espace lavabo / vanité sein de la chambre et un accÚs direct à la salle de bain.
Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, y compris un four à convection pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Il y a une belle table de style pub pour votre plus grand plaisir, ainsi que deux places de table mignon de l'ßle de hauteur de la barre. Ouvrez la porte du balcon, et de sentir la brise de l'océan! Great Stay at Oceanfront View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly as pictured and the view of the ocean is unmatched. Checking in and out was easy. Not many issues with the unit besides a broken towel rack and a very uncomfortable pull out bed which probably needs to be replaced. You can feel the multiple metal poles in the pull out bed, even as a light-weight person it was awful. I would consider booking this unit again if the pull out bed issue was fixed.

Cute place, AMAZING view

We loved this little ocean front condo. It was just as represented, and had everything we needed. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite activity! Everything was clean and the rental company made our late check in easy as could be. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully come stay again!

Good but could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some minor things: Light switch in living area did not work. Finally got lights on. Bulb burnt out above vanity in bedroom (no problem) Rack in bathroom behind door needs fixed. (we didn't need it) Would like to have contact with people at least when we checked out. Parking garage was very difficult to drive through. (Got ticket for parking on street)

After traveling for hours, who wants to be greeted like that? The owner of the condo needs to put a WiFi sign in the unit because the WiFi instructions we were given were incorrect and I had to contact maintenance to help me, which they did! Thank you! Palmetto needs to step up their game. Also update the photos of the unit as they do not do it justice. Having said all that, the unit was wonderful! A lot of time and money was spent on making the unit spectacular and it shows! Housekeeping was also great taking care of my needs! Thank you

However firstly I contactedPalmetto in September to see if the pools were open or going to be open for my 6 month stay starting Nov. 1. Was told yes they were opened periodically. I have some health issues with back and needed the pool for excercise. So I get there and pools are jacuzzi are not open and have not been open since before I left in June. I asked for a reduced rate and was told no. Secondly the unit was not cleaned under the bed or under and behind the couch. Other than that the unit itself is very nice.

Quiet condo, cozy

Ceiling fans would be nice addition. Check in people were friendly, although our room was not ready until closer to 5 pm, (which I understand can happen, but we drove 10 hours to get there, so we were a little disappointed we could not get settled right away). Overall, pretty clean, cozy, and quiet condo.

Terrible experience! Our entire stay we felt unwelcome and our car was towed from the parking lot! We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king bed. Will not stay there again!!
