La chambre principale comprend 2 doubles et a également un canapé-lit et un lit Murphy dans le salon et la salle à manger. Ce condo est également livré avec une cuisine efficace.

Situé dans le populaire Ocean Dunes Resort. Ocean Dunes Towers dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une télévision par câble couleur, d'un chauffage / air central. Les clients n'ont pas accès au parc aquatique de Sands !! Max 8. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Motocyclettes autorisés.

Terrible Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival at this unit which I booked through Marriott Homes and Villas, I found bugs in the cabinets, refrigerator and living room. The sleeper sofa and murphy bed had stained mattresses. The bathtub had a strange mat in the bottom was worn and stained. The ceiling in the bathroom in the shower was peeling, apparently from water damage. Alerted the property management company who responded the next day stating they would send Housekeeping. Housekeeping sent a text stating they sprayed for the bugs a few days earlier which was the cause for them "coming out". Stayed one night and checked out the next day. Property management company refused to refund the remaining amount of my stay. The onsite pool "looked" clean but there was no one using it. It's a short walk to the beach, is the ONLY positive I can say. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

Mostly good

No one on duty at location, has to go to rental a little distance away to request more pillows and blankets had 2 for 6 people. 4 towels and 4 wash clothes for 6 people staying 6 days. No dish soap couldn't find silverware. Would I stay again for sure

Overall nice stay

Overall we had a nice stay. The place had plenty of sleeping room for everyone and the beach access was great. The condo however didn’t have a dustpan so we had to go buy up, the toilet was running with entire stay and we couldn’t use both stove burners at once. Minor upgrades needed.

Good stay

There were a few things that could use some fixing. But nothing that hindered the stay. The toilet ran, the washer and dryer just needs repaired, washer didn’t spin properly and dryer didn’t dry all the way. But I would stay again. I would recommend this place to others. Quick walk in access to the beach and the pool was clean.

Myrtle Beach Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in close proximity to beach within 5 mins walkable distance but the beds are terrible which were making creaking sound and not comfortable to sleep on

Not the best stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not like we expected. We did not know that things like toilet paper and trash bags would not be afforded to us or we would have planned differently. Then the toilet was running nearly the whole time and very annoying. We reported this to the facility and they informed us that someone would be there to fix it, then was told they were short staffed and did not have anyone to fix it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was OK. A place to sleep. Doesn’t provide anything else but a place to sleep. Wasn’t too clean and a few things were left around the place. I requested Seaview, and was placed on the first floor. There’s no guarantee you’ll ask for. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Not what I expect

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor was nice the quality was not. I beds are hard there was urine in the toilet when we arrived. It says ocean view and the only view of ocean you see is the first picture it shows off living room. It is back off the beach there is 2 buildings between you and ocean. It has 1 pool that is it. Linens are an abundance. The kitchen has a mini fridge and 2 eye stove and a sink, yet it is supplied w/ plates bowls utensils, blender.

Heart broken for the way we where treated

First 3 day tub was cloged couldnt get no one to come fix it finally they sent a service man to remove a hair clot beds where filled with sand my daughter trip over there trimbetween the bedroom and bathroom was broken remote to living was never fix so we couldnt turn up or down the tv and to top it off we was given 4 towel and I left message asking for me and never got any more on the 5 day we had a bad storm and rain came in from the bottom of the sliding glass and the roof ruin my clothes and what towels 8 did have I had to use to clean the water up in our room asked again for towels finally was given 4 fresh towel mind u there where 7 of us in my party I work harder at keeping there place clean and taking care of my stuff that was flooded then I had on this vacation then I talk to some of the ppl that own there places in there and they said they should refund me money never once had they been worried about me my family my concerns ECT I will never stay there again nor will I recommended this place

Small but good location

Great location near the beach, only about a 5 minute walk. The maintenance was fast when we had a clogged drain. It was a lot smaller than advertised. The kitchen was more of a kitchenette so we couldn’t cook as planned. Some things were broken or in bad shape. All in all we had a nice stay.

Not clean/Not worth the money

We were extremely unsatisfied with this unit. It was equivalent to a 1-2 star hotel room in terms of cleanliness and updates. The mattress was worn and pillows flat. There was dust and grime in the bathrooms. The showers and drains did not drain well and it smelled musky. This unit was way overpriced for the quality and compared to other rooms available. However it is close to the beach so if that’s all you need, it has it. We won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Ocean Dunes 6011

When our first reservation was cancelled, en route, and an hour a half prior to our scheduled check in at North Myrtle Beach, we scrambled to find a place to stay, as we were 10 hours from home. We were able to locate Ocean Dunes 6011, available for our dates. After we checked in, we now understand why the property was available. Upon arrival at 4:00pm to the property, we found the housekeepers still cleaning, we were finally able to check into our condo at approximately 5:00pm. After examining the property we found the bedspread was stained, the mattress was stained with a brownish/yellow substance. The water in the shower and sink in the full bathroom drained extremely slowly and you ultimately spent half your shower standing in your own dirty shower water. No water came out of the faucet when the hot water was turned on, in the half bath. The hot and cold water are reversed in the full bathroom. The plus side to this property, the pool area was clean and suited the needs of our family and it’s a short walk to the beach. This property could be very nice with some time, attention, upgrading and pride of ownership.

October 2017 Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice & had everything the app stated except a dishwasher, but that was fine. We had plenty towels and the kitchenette was stocked with what we needed. I did have to go out and get dishwashing soap, but again that was fine because we had plenty of dishes, utensils and appliances to use. I would definitely stay again.
