The location is amazing and right on the beach! Only reason it didn’t get full star rating was we were not able to access the room as the keypad was broken however, they were very prompt and got someone to come and help us within 20 minutes. Would definitely come back

The beach access and parking was so easy, we were close to all major attractions, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, if we stay in Myrtle beach again, we would definitely stay here again!

For a quick getaway and to save money, this is the place to stay. It was comfortable and in a good location unfortunately it lacks pillows and maid service. for a king size bed I was shocked at the two small pillows that were left for us to use. In fact I went and bought my own.

Myrtle Beach Babymoon

Location was great & nearby amenities & attractions. The hotel definitely needs some tlc but you can tell they are renovating & care about their guests & residents. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway to a nice beach & don’t want to pay for a 5 star resort & would rather save on dining & atracrions, this is the place for you.

Very run down.

Needs a lot of work. There wasnt even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The vent fan in the bathroom was broke. Because of the heavy wind and rain from the tropical storm. The whole room was wet this morning...the dloors and the walls. This morn8ng the air conditioning from a small window unit broke. The ac unit on the outside was rusted to hell. Very run down place to stay. But we booked last minute. One nice thing was location good and Susan property manager was very nice to work with.

Ocean Front Pet Friendly

Overall, I would not stay here again. Our room did match the picture on site. We had a plastic dresser, odd mismatch furniture that was broken and dirty, chair/couch had stains on them, lights and outlets that did not work. Bedding had stains on it. We had to take all the bedding off and go downstairs and wash it! Went to store and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room - only cause we could not get a refund. Instead of coming to our room to relax, we had to wash and clean before staying. Pros: oceanfront room, Pet friendly, kitchen, restaurants-store within walking distance. Pricing is very reasonable.

Great Time

Very nice cozy small place with perfect view of ocean. We walked the beach back & forth so many times. Loved the balcony. Condominium building is older but new management is working hard to make it good.

Enjoyable condo!

We had a great week. The room does need a dehumidifier because even with the air on it was very moist in the room. During the hurricane winds it flooded from the air conditioner, that may need looked at. By no means were these things a problem for us, just observations to try to be helpful

Clean and new but not quality

Awesome location. Beautiful views. Clean room. Brand new shower and kitchen sink but really flimsy cheep faucet and shower heads. Shower curtain not long enough and water wood puddle on the floor. Noted to manager and they accommodated us with extra floor towels. Not that big a deal but being realistic. At the price point, I would go back.

The property was nothing at all what was pictured. Completely different set up, different furniture and appliances and all. There was no parking pass, no instructions, no nothing. Messages to the host go unanswered for 4+ hours. The grounds were filthy. Horrible smell through the building. No "starter" supplies as mentioned. The view was nice but that's it.

Nice trip with some inconvenience

We had a wonderful time. The unit we stayed in could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust in places. The check in was through the email and no check in before 4:00 not minute before. When we arrived there was a sign in front of the building. The parking was limited unless you park across the street. The oven did not work we called the number provide the lady said she oils send maintenance that never happened. What made the trip was the privacy, it was oceanfront and the rate as very affordable. The property manger was awesome and fixed th oven promptly brought a coffee maker and clean towels as we requested. He was so nice and helpful it made the inconveniences not too bad. All in all we had a great time!

Cheap rooms but needs updating

Check in process was easy enough, received email instructions for everything regarding our stay. Our room did not have a coded door lock, so we had to pick up a key from the general store across the street. When we got to the room, the first thing we noticed was that the door locks were really badly installed/maintained and not secure at all. The room still smelled like smoke, although they had an air freshener on the wall. Any time we sat on our balcony, the occupants near us were constantly smoking cigarettes and weed which made the balcony almost unbearable. We roughed it for a couple of days but finally gave up and left a day early. I will say the linens were clean and the room was acceptably clean, but overall the building is badly in need of some repairs and updates. Yes, it was cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for or maybe not quite what you pay for.

Absolutely unacceptable

This property is unacceptable. The pictures on VRBO may have been in the same building but were not the pictures of the room that we rented. The room smelled terrible, the furniture was not what was listed (futon instead of couch, no lamps, no dressers, no table and chairs, a metal bed frame and the sink looked as if it was going to fall from the wall.) The entry door/lock was not secure, the sliding door did not have a lock on it but instead had a piece of wood that you had to move to go out to the balcony, and one of the exterior doors of the building had a broken latch/lock so a code was not needed to enter the building. The elevator had pet vomit on it the three days that we were there. The floors of the rental were dirty, and we had to use a set of our towels as rugs because there was nothing to wipe your feet on to get rid of the sand. The kitchen was minimally stocked, and the building ice maker was broken. To top it all off, at 1pm on Sunday, we were in the pool and witnessed two individuals on their 6th floor balcony engaging in activities that should have been done privately in the bedroom, not visible to the families that were at the pool. There was also a karaoke party by the pool that night that lasted until 1am. The staff was kind and the proximity to the beach was great. However, I would not recommend this as a vacation rental. I believe that it would be better listed as a low income monthly rental, which it also seemed to be.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever been to in my life! I tried contacting the host to no avail. Thankfully we were able to book at another hotel. The absolute horrid stench will make you wanna leave as soon as you walk in the door! Open the coffee pot and it has MAGGOTS and gnats in it from where it was never cleaned out from prior guests. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train about to derail! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I highly recommend staying elsewhere! This place is absolutely horrendous!!

Check-In was seamless but also had no actual representative of the building on site it seemed. Front door was locked but a sign also was saying to USE the front door. When in the room, we realized we had quite a noisy AC unit and a dustpan, but no broom. Despite being told we had no coffee maker, we did... which is cool but we would've came more prepared. It was a nice 2 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of all shops and attractions along the coast. Wifi is unsecure but there.
