Cette belle 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement est entièrement mis à jour et situé au rez de chaussée avec une enveloppe autour balcon protégé des moustiques. Ce condo est situé dans Treasure Island Club Condominiums une gated community privé. Le condo dispose d'une nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit et nouvel appareil. Il ya un lit King dans la Master Suite et un lit Queen dans la chambre avec un grand placard. Le reste de la copropriété a également été mis à jour avec de nouvelles tuiles, 2 salles de bains entièrement rénovées et est décoré avec goût. Le condo est situé sur la rivière Banana, où vous pouvez pêcher à partir du quai pour Red Fish et Trout, regarder les lamantins nager et jouer, et profiter de couchers de soleil depuis le belvédère sur le quai ou à partir de votre propre enveloppe confortable autour de balcon. Les caractéristiques supplémentaires du condo sont un accès fermé, un parking couvert, une belle piscine chauffée et un bateau. Le condo est à 2 miles de Port Canaveral où il ya plusieurs excellents restaurants et boutiques. Vous serez moins d'un demi-mile de la plage, et à environ 3 miles de la célèbre Surf Shop Ron Jon. En outre, vous êtes à seulement 15 minutes du Centre spatial Kennedy, à quelques 45 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport d'Orlando, et moins d'une heure de Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios et de nombreuses autres attractions de la région de Orlando. Si vous cherchez une merveilleuse retraite d'hiver de la neige et le froid cette année ce condo est pour vous. En raison des règles de la Home Owners Association, ce condo ne peut être loué que pour un minimum de 30 jours ou plus, désolé, aucune location nocturne ou hebdomadaire n'est autorisée. Il est un refuge parfait pour quelqu'un qui cherche à échapper à ces mois froids de l'hiver.

AMAZING STAY!

This stay was for my adult son. My son had a 10 week internship with Space Force and he was working between Cape Canaveral and Patrick AFB. This condo was perfect! He could not find a reasonable apartment to rent, short term so we looked into VRBO. We communicated via email and text. Jonas met us to show us around the property. The condo was located close to Port Canaveral and we could watch the ships come and go into the Port. My son only had to travel a few miles to Cape Canaveral. The condo had everything you could need, including pots, pans, towels, cleaning products, sheets, etc! We only had to go to the grocer store and pick up our food. The condo was in an area that was easy to travel to and from the airport and DIsney! Definitely will stay again when we are in the area!

We so enjoyed our stay at this site. Jonas was very accommodating and answered our questions promptly. This is a very beautiful condo in a gated condo community.

Great location & Great Stay

This is a great condo, a well-designed end unit, secure quiet location along an inlet from the Indian River. Loved the screened in porch, protection from the noseeum bugs but easy access to the pier, boardwalk, & gazebo for daily walks. Also, good view of the SpaceX launches from the porch & sidewalk. Parked my bike inside the porch to protect it from those rainy days. Jonas is a gem, met us upon arrival, showed us around, left us plenty of notes for all amenities; available if needed but gave us privacy too. We took easy walks to the local restaurants – Southern Charm for breakfast – and the Manatee Sanctuary Park. Again, just a great location. The community is super clean from a diligent maintenance crew who even scrub the sidewalks. Hope we can visit here again!

Nice extended stay

The family and I enjoyed our extended stay and would recommend. If I am working or vacationing again in the future, I will definitely contact the owner. Pool, gym, covered parking, internet, tv, washer, dryer, and full kitchen were all very useful and convenient.

Loved this place!

We had such a lovely stay here. Jonás was a very helpful and responsive host. The complex is lovely with everything you need. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo was fully stocked with everything we wanted. Comfortable and quiet.

Perfect condo for a summer on the Cape

We stayed at this condo for two months, while waiting for our new home in nearby Viera to be completed. What an incredible find it turned out to be! Jonas is an excellent host, and did everything to make our stay pleasant. He met us the day we arrived to give us a tour and ensure we had everything we needed, including recommendations for restaurants, rocket launch viewing locations, and fishing advice. He even left some wine and a tasty chocolate cake as a welcome gift. He kept in touch with us throughout our stay and was readily available for questions via text or phone. The condo itself is conveniently located on the ground floor, and being an end-unit means lots of natural light from several windows. The photos online are exactly what the condo looks like, so what you see is what you get. The condo is clean and comfortable, with modern décor and fixtures, along with all the basics you’ll need for an extended stay. We appreciated having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and there are beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and beach towels to borrow. There are plenty of cable channels and the WiFi works great. The A/C was chilly, and the added bonus is that the gorgeous summer sunsets can be seen directly from the living room and patio. We appreciated the safety of the gated community, as well as the convenience of one reserved covered parking spot and plenty of open spots. One of the primary reasons we chose this condo was for its location on the riverfront, as we wanted to do some fishing and watch for manatees. This condo has a screened-in patio with a door that’s just steps from the riverfront walkway and fishing dock. We were thrilled to see manatees (and their babies!) almost every day, along with dolphins, ospreys, herons, and more. We even caught some fish, but we were never lucky enough to catch anything as big as what Jonas catches there 😊 We enjoyed some days on the beaches, which are a short 5-minute bike ride away, or there are several others you can drive to that are a few miles farther south. To top off our summer at this condo, we were thrilled to see four rocket launches in the time we were there. Seeing them in person is an incredible experience! Overall, we loved staying at this condo and really enjoyed meeting Jonas and getting to know him. We would wholeheartedly recommend this to others looking for an awesome place to stay in Cape Canaveral.

Treasure Island is Great

The condo we rented was just as advertised! The entire complex is well maintained including pool, work out room, and grounds. The condo owner, Jonas, was very responsive to our questions and needs through texts and emails. The condo itself was well kept, with modern furnishings and decorations. We would recommend this unit to anyone considering vacationing in the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach area. The setting on the Banana River was great for sunsets and the ocean beach was very accessible with public access nearby including restrooms. We look forward to returning next year when this current pandemic is behind us all!

Wonderful experience!

My fiancé and I just checked out of a three month stay at Jonas’s condo. Everything about it was GREAT! The place was very clean upon check-in and Jonas was there to give us a walk through the complex and the condo and show us the ropes. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the bedding was all top notch (not always the case with rentals). The Internet and cable were both very good with all the channels you will need, and big tv’s. On many nights my fiancé and I would go out back to the river and watch dolphins and manatees swim by, and as a bonus we got some killer sunsets as well!!! If your into cooking, the kitchen is excellent! All pots, pans and silverware are provided along with CUTCO knives! If cooking isn’t your thing there are plenty of good restaurants very close by. Overall it was a great experience that was made easy by a great host. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! Five stars!

Very nice condo!

The property is great. It gives you an inviting vibe to chill and relax. The furnishings are of high quality and the kitchen is complete with all what you need for a long stay. The balcony set up is great to enjoy sunrise / sunsets or relax after a day of work. The property owner was available for questions and super helpful throughout the booking and stay. All in all A+.

Great winter stay

This condo was exactly as described by the owner. We arrived on the morning of December 22, 2018, we were greeted by the owner Jonas Pearson with a grand tour, bottle of wine and a lovely cake. The property is located on the Banana River. The beach was only a short walk, or even shorter bike ride. Cocoa beach and all it has to offer is only 3 miles away. I’m a golfer and took advantage of the local courses with my favorite being Cocoa Beach Country Club it’s open to the public and very reasonable in price. We had guests in on two different occasions. Orlando Air port is just 41 miles from the condo. I wasn’t a big fan of the quest WiFi it worked great but had to keep logging on each time my phone or I pad was not being used. The pool is heated and really not very busy leaving plenty of loungers for Nancy and I. The community is gated which made for a very comfortable and safe stay. What a blessing the washer and dryer were, not having to go to a coin laundry is a bonus. We stayed for 3 months checking out on March 22, 2019. I could go on and on about the restaurants, swimming, golfing meeting new people, however the highlight for me was standing on the walk way out the back door and watching 4 rocket launches two at night and two during the day, what a rush. Nancyand I have been spending the winters in Florida since 2010. This condo felt like home we didn’t long for anything. Well done Jonas you can be proud of how nice your rental is.

This is by far the best VRBO property that I have stayed at. It has all the amenities.

This is a beautiful condo that sits right on the water with a lot of nature including the manatee. The condo is a good reflection of the owner who took great care in remodeling it to meet all your needs for work, play, or a nice family vacation. Whether you choose to stay in and rest and relax or go out for play and sight seeing it's all there. This is a first floor corner condo so you're not surrounded by neighbors like other condos. And speaking of neighbors, everyone treated me like gold. The communication with the owner was excellent so there was never a worry had there been any issues. Thanks Jonas for a wonderful stay at your awesome condo!

I have owned this property for almost 14 years, and it has been an ideal get away for our family. I live 45 minutes away in Orlando, and grew up in the Central Florida area and have been here all of my life. Our family has always enjoyed boating, fishing, and the relaxed lifestyle of the Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach area. If you are not familiar with the area I will be happy to make several recommendations on everything form grocery stores, to restaurants, from spa's to attractions. I am confident that you will enjoy the area as much as we have over the years.

This is the perfect condo for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. This gated community is safely tucked away on the River with awesome views of the sunsetting over the river, you will feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is a fantastic Condo location, that is so close to so much. You are just a few blocks from the beach, Port Canaveral, restaurants, and shopping. You are less than an hour from Orlando and all it has to offer, theme parks, professional sports, loads of shopping and outlet malls, a beautiful preforming arts center, and some top shelf dining. You simply have so many activities so close it is hard to decide where to start, and even more of a challenge to take it all in.
