Everything was as shown. The house was kept up well, set up beautifully, and in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive. It was a wonderfule weekend away and the hot tub was wonderful. One of the best stays we have had away from home.

Awesome hosts!

The beds were super comfy, property was very clean, check in/out was easy even though we got there late at night. We loved being able to pull into the garage to unload. Wish we could have stayed longer- hosts are great to work with!

Beautiful home

Our stay was great! The house and property are beautiful. The only issue is that there is only a queen bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom and two futons. That is not what is listed for this property so that was a little disappointing.

We loved the place enjoyed our stay

Only issue we thought it was three bedrooms but only had two it listed one bathroom but we were surprised and happy it had two bathrooms. The WiFi password was easy to use but maybe more complex for future guests we would rent again loved the experience

Great getaway

Came with friends for a weekend getaway and a concert…. The location of the home was great in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The house was comfortable and very clean.. will definitely recommend and will be returning next time we come to cocoa .

Great place for our baseball trip

This ended up a great spot for our trip! After a tiny blip for check in, which Joel rectified quickly, professionally and kindly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Joel and Natalie were so quick to bring extra blankets and towels, and that was so very appreciated. We were in Florida for a tournament at SpaceCoast and it was an ideal location. Our boys had a blast playing ping pong in between games. The hot tub is a nice addition, the boys enjoyed that as well, even though they had been playing baseball in 110 degree heat. Our only recommendation would be larger bed options for adults, the queen in room 3 was a pullout couch that wasn't very comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality!

Fantastic!

Joel and Natalie are wonderful people and outstanding hosts. Questions we had were answered in very short order. The house is in great condition and was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, dishes, silverware, and cooking pots/pans. The hot tub was nice on chilly evenings (they take good care of the water and filter). Washer and dryer (and iron) keep you from needing to find a laundromat. The house is in a really quiet gated community, and we felt right at home. The screened patio keeps the bugs away in the evenings. Also, the location is very convenient to nearly anything central Florida offers. A nice bonus: we watched several rocket launches at the cape from the back yard. The next time we’re looking for something in the space coast area we will be checking with Joel and Natalie first.

Weekend Away

We had to contact the owner to get the code as it was not sent. He responded quickly. Property was clean and as listed. House is in gated community with security gate. The neighborhood is quiet except the constant trains that pass nearby (several on both Saturday and Sunday), although we did not hear any at night. We are avid runners and found there is no full sidewalk to main road when we got there. We drove to Cocoa Beach to run on their sidewalks. The neighborhoods surrounding this one are bordering on shady. There was a homeless man living in his truck across the street from the gate and another one at the light at SR 520 and SR519 who looked like he was tweaking from meth as he walked in and out of traffic on multiple days. The owner is not responsible for this, I mention it so potential vacationers are fully informed.

I would not recommend renting to this person again, and we will not accept their bookings in the future. As far as the neighborhood, it and is surrounded by new construction. There are no homeless people living in or around our neighborhood. There is a beautiful but mostly unused public park across the street where people do fish occasionally. and perhaps this individual is not accustomed to seeing this. As for seeing people on the highway corner that may or may not be under the influence of narcotics, I have no expertise in this subject and can only say that I have NOT seen this. However, I do frequently see children walking to and from school, as we have mostly churches and schools on the Main Street.

The location was great for our pre cruise vacation. The owners were so great - they allowed us with a super short notice (a few hrs) to stay an extra night at the beginning of our booking. Extremely quick response, friendly and professional. We had a great sleep in a comfortable bed with tons of space and a quiet environment. Easy to locate, near everything we needed and wanted. The washer and dryer allowed us to clean our clothes before leaving on an 8 day cruise; less dirty laundry when we got home. The house is large and spacious with excellent amenities. The house was clean and comfortable over all. We would recommend and we will return. This is perfect for pre and post cruisers, families, couples, and those wanting more than a hotel for visits to the Kennedy Space Center, watching a launch, or visiting the local beaches.
