5 chambres, 3 1/2 Bath, maison entièrement meublée avec internet et le câble, situé sur la baie de Grays. 2 minutes du centre-ville Wayzata. Plan d'étage ouvert de Nice récemment rénové. Profitez de la beauté et de l'atmosphère détendue de la vie du lac mais aussi être dans un endroit qui est de 12 à 15 minutes du centre-ville de Minneapolis, ainsi que l'aéroport en raison de la proximité des autoroutes 394 et 494. Flat cour arrière à moins de 100 pieds de marche de la station d'accueil. Grande Pêche, embarquement paddle, kayak, parfait pour le week-end sur Grays baies où il n'y a pas d'application de sillage sur la baie! Idéal pour les familles avec enfants qui aiment nager: barre de sable au milieu de la plage de la baie et de sauveteur assisté à 2 mn.

Family Stay

Great location for our family vacation....2 grandparents, 3 couples and their 2 toddlers. Excellent location. Plenty of room for all of us and a very good layout.

Great Lake House

Loved the location right on the Bay and the hosts provided everything, including extra paper towels and coffee :) The host was very easy to get ahold of and the check-in was a breeze. Location cannot be beat, so close to everything....restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great lakehouse stay

Location and space in the home were perfect for our groups stay. The home was very well stocked and the owner was super communicative on any questions we had. The home itself could use a few updates but nothing that would deter us from staying again. The dock was perfect for renting a boat and we enjoyed having kayaks available to use!

This home is in a fantastic location! We loved access to the boat, kayaks, fishing, proximity to parks and paddleboard. There was so much to do and not enough time!

Great lake property!

We had a great stay at Dru & Melanie's home on Lake Minnetonka and they were wonderful hosts. The configuration of the bedrooms and main level with a large gathering area and open kitchen was perfect for us. The fenced-in yard, deck and access to the private dock is ideal. The location was great and we will look forward to renting again.

4th of July on Grays Bay

We had a wonderful 4th of July visit. Staying on Grays Bay was such a treat. The dock worked easily for my cousin to bring over his boat and take us out. Fun to have the kayaks and a paddle board. Kitchen worked well for our large family bbq on the 4th.

Second Stay and Even Better

4th of July on Lake Minnetonka is a must once in your life! And this property is right in the heart of all the fun, but you get to enjoy from a quiet and calm bay. Dru provides all the fun toys you need for the lake. We even loved that there was coffee, plenty of paper goods and well stocked towels for the lake. This was our second stay here and would love to stay again!

Great location!

Upscale area with amazing views of the lake and surrounding mansions. Responsive owner . Gyms and grocerery store right around the corner. Amazing fishing right off the dock. Nice neighbors.

Perfect waterfront Lake Minnetonka rental

Updated, very well equipped home in quiet Grays Bay near everything in Wayzata. 25 minutes to downtown Minneapolis and the airport. The paddle board and kayak were awesome to have available. Great neighbors and walking in the neighborhood as well. Very responsive owner with easy check-in and check-out. Hope to return next year.

Lake Mavens

My siblings and I grew up on Lake Michigan so we know our way around a lake. Lake Minnetonka is an amazing body of water with bays and rivers and bayous. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, Dru and Melanie’s house is on Gray’s Bay, at the east end of the lake and conveniently located near a bike path, boat launch, and the town of Wayzata (2 miles). The lake is the best feature of the house, and you can enjoy the water from the deck, dock, by boat, or the paddle board and 2 kayaks on the property. The hosts are very responsive and they made check in very easy. The house is functional with ice and plenty of cleaning supplies on hand. There are five bedrooms with 2 king beds and 3 queen beds, plus a bonus room that can serve as an office, playroom, or spare bedroom if you have an air mattress. Overall, this is a great place to explore Lake Minnetonka.

We had lots of fun on the lake! It was nice to have life jackets, kayaks, fishing poles and beach towels already there, especially since we were flying in from out of state. We enjoyed being up on the deck and being able to easily keep an eye on the kids playing down at the dock. It was a very enjoyable stay, we'd recommend it for families!

Family Fun

My sons and their families came for the week. 6 adults and 5 kids. We wanted lake, sand and lots of room. We rented a boat one day, used the paddle board and kayaks. Fished had friends with jet skis stop by. We also hosted a larger group of our family Friday eve. It was the perfect place for everyone. Dru had life jackets, kayaks, a paddle board, fishing gear and the docks were great for the kids to feed some fish. The house is very well stocked. The beds are really comfy, lots of puzzles and board games and a fabulous toy room. We celebrated my grandson’s 4th birthday the whole week, he was awed. Would highly recommend this home…great memories were made Sue and Ron

Very nice lake home for summer activities

Very nice lake home for summer activities include a dock and a beautiful view with adequate amenities. We were provided the paddle board and kayaks as well as very a nice home with multiple bedrooms and easy dining and kitchen experience. Communications were excellent with the homeowner and I appreciate that most of all. The only thing I would suggest is there would be a few more dishes (i.e. mugs for coffee and bowls for cooking etc.) and we were short on hangers for the guest room. So, I had to bring these items from home. If people didn’t live close by it might be difficult because then they might need to purchase these items. Other than that it was awonderful vacation.

Great location

The location of the property was fantastic. Everything we went to was at most 20 minutes away, including Prince's studio! Our family of 10 fit well in the house. We had a blast!

Loved swimming off the dock, beautiful lake views, wonderful open concept first floor to enjoy family meals, games, and cocktail hour! Would stay again tomorrow if we had more pto!

Week on the lake

The house is nice and roomy. It was perfect for our group of 10. The location is amazing!!! Incredible views from the master bedroom, living room and both upper and lower decks. Lots of fun toys To enjoy the lake - Kayaks, paddle board and fishing poles. We caught lots of pan fish and 3 pike fishing off the backyard dock! The place is magical! P.S. The property owner was very helpful and always quick to reply through the booking process.

Fun spot for the whole family!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, as it had easy access and lovely views of the lake! The fenced in yard was a big plus and we liked being in such close proximity to Wayzata. The owners were also very helpful and accommodating! This a fun spot and very family friendly!!

Summer vacation!

We stayed two weeks at this property and it was amazing. The location was ideal with close proximity to both Wayzata and Excelsior. The kitchen/family room area was perfect for hanging out and the view of the lake was lovely. We were able to keep our boat right at the dock which made going out on Lake Minnetonka easy and fun. There were fishing poles, a kayak and a stand up paddle board ready to use. The fishing off the dock was a highlight for the kids. The neighbours also were very pleasant. It was truly a perfect way to spend our summer vacation in Minneapolis! Thank you!

Love the area

We all really enjoyed our Lake Minnetonka vacation. Beautiful lake house, and as a parent we loved the fenced in flat yard allowing or preventing the kids to swim/fish off the dock. We are now looking to purchase on Grays Bay!
