We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and charming with a nice big bedroom for my wife and me and a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed for my daughter in the living room. All the appliances are new and it feels freshly renovated. Before our stay, I was concerned about a lack of light because it is a walkout on the lower level, but the light turned out to be fine.
A short walk from downtown Wayzata, it was perfect for us as we were visiting my parents who live downtown. For basic living, you don't even need a car. Very walkable.
Finally, the host Adlon was very responsive, as was the housekeeper Ingrid. Their service was above and beyond. Many thanks to both of them!
We loved being so close to restaurants and bike trails! Lake Minnetonka is gorgeous and everything was so accessible to this property. Would stay there again.
Short walk to downtown Wayzata--lots of restaurants, beautiful beaches, nice shops. Interior has beautiful new bathrooms, lovely new kitchen counters, new stove. Quiet neighborhood.
I stayed for several nights with my children and was perfectly happy with our experience. The apartment is adorable and has been decorated with attention to every detail. Location is perfectâin a quiet residential neighborhood yet just a short walk to the lake or to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the beach in downtown Wayzata. The owner was so helpful that even though she was out of town, she sent her mother to check on us and help us resolve an issue we had. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals, but I have never experienced such true hospitality before. I look forward to staying again.
From the time we booked to the time we left everything was great. We loved the house and itâs location. Itâs a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean, comfortable and adorable. Adlon was always available.
This is a great location! It was perfect for me and 2 teenagers. Itâs was a lovely apartment that had everything we needed. Shops and restaurants close by and the lake and restaurants right around the corner. Perfect!!
Great, efficient, pet-friendly property in a fabulous area
Although this is a smaller space, the space is very efficiently laid out. We very much appreciated it being a pet-friendly property, as well, as we love traveling with our dog. Addie's mom stopped by and filled us in on the hotspots of the area. That was incredibly helpful. Thank you!
Do you want a great rental?
Well then... come to this place. It's very nice, I think you"ll
really like it. It has great location, great furniture, GREAT EVERYTHING!!!!
I hope you'll love it as much as I did. Have fun!!!!!
Highly recommend this charming studio apartment! I stayed at this property for approximately 6 weeks this summer. I love that it had everything I needed (including laundry) and was walking distance to tons of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to any questions or requests that arose during my stay. And although there was some construction nearby none of the noise bled into the unit (where I worked from during the day) and the owner ensured that I still had parking.
Adlon was very nice & welcoming. Her place is clean, warm, comfortable, inviting & so cute! She had our beds all set up for us when we arrived late. Everything we needed was provided. The beds and bedding were quite nice and comfortable. Great place to stay!
Not only could I walk to a grocery store, drug store, several shops and restaurants, but the walk was along the beautiful waterfront. The location was perfect for me to avoid driving on freeways, near other major arteries, although freeways are easily accessed. Addie was kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond to my concerns. She installed cable tv shortly after I checked in, making my stay even more pleasant. So many positives about this place - only negative for me was the basement apartment doesnât get much sun and is dark.
Great little basement apartment. Comes with washer/dryer, fridge, TV, and full kitchen.
We were there in a wet August and-- with the dehumidifier-- the place stayed dry. Could see it getting cold in the winter, though.
I spent a week in this comfortable, well-equipped Wayzata basement apartment and had virtually everything I needed. A grocery store and Walgreen's pharmacy was just up the block for stocking the fridge and refilling on sundries. I was similarly within a 5 minute walk from Lake Avenue where all the shops and waterfront views of Lake Minnetonka were. It was the perfect spot for me as I was able to walk to and from the workplace I was visiting on Wayzata Blvd. My host was very helpful and we were able to chat in person on my last night in town (after taking care of laundry!) to talk about the area and its opportunities for families. I highly recommend this property for those who truly want to learn about and experience Wayzata, MN, especially during the nicer spring/summer months!
