This retreat home has a spacious open floor plan with two owner's suites, a home gym, a sauna for two, a home theater space, access to two lakes, one block from a public beach on Lake Minnewashta, and a park with a playground, tennis court, and pickleball courts.

The space
Open spaces with amazing lake views from both owner’s suites, main level living room and basement living room. The basement has two main spaces, a finished living room with a fireplace, 55” 4K TV, game table… and a partially finished recreation room that is just over 1,000 sq ft with amazing gym equipment, a two-person sauna, and a large sectional to watch movies on the 98” projection screen.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire house. There will be a few locks on some closet doors for storing personal property and cleaning supplies.
