My husband and I stayed for one month in Wayzata and this cottage was the ideal location. Lake Minnetonka, downtown Wayzata, great restaurants, great shopping. It was furnished with everything you could possibly want. The screen porch outback was a true bonus! We will definitely stay here again!
Fantastic property within a 5-10 walk to Wayzata. The unit has large kitchen, family room and bedroom with a rustic farmhouse charm. Will be my go-to when visiting Wayzata.
Wonderfully located in a charming
neighborhood, this cottage was lovingly restored with reclaimed beams and quickly charms. The light in the morning through diamond panes and french doors leading to the patio welcomes you..
Great little kitchen with odds and ends for dishes but all the pans you need! Great room offers you kitchen table for four, were we wanted to invite friends for dinner. Grocer is just blks away. Walk into town is just blks away and there are lots of good restaurants, if you donât want to cook. Highly recommend the grocerâs table.
Romantic with a lovely high bed. Tall beamed ceilings. Wonderful bath and shower.
Only downside was needing information on how to access the home but did hear back in time. Didnât hear back on what we might need to do we we left. Needed paper towels.
Sink in master bath right side cold water doesnât turn off completely.
I would come back in a heartbeat! Loved every minute. Wished it was mine.
Truly a gem. Mary
The cottage is just as described and quite delightful. Great location too. We hope to stay there againâbut might be wary in icy months because of steep outdoor stairs to enter.
Enjoyed staying in this very cute cottage that has been featured in many magazines. It was also very clean & inviting. The open living areas gave a roomy feel with natural lighting from many windows & a vintage decor. Powder room off the living area was a plus & the kitchen was fully equipped. Bedroom had a comfy queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The private side patio with large gas grill was perfect for barbecuing. All this was located a few blocks from Wayzataâs new âPanawayâ park near a bike trail, shopping & several outdoor restaurants. Suggest having a coffee pot & TV in the living room rather than just the bedroom. It was a great place to stay to enjoy a lakeside community.
From start to finish, a great hospitality experience. The cottage is clearly a well loved home - special surprises and delights throughout. I loved my time there. We will definitely rent it in the future.
