Bienvenue à la Casa Del Sol Poniente, avec toutes les commodités de la maison, grand Master Bdm avec lit King et TV 50 ', 2ème Bdm avec lit Queen, 3ème Bdm avec un lit double et une twin, Den avec imprimante / scanner / fax et dépliant lit aussi, télévision haute définition avec DVR, Wifi rapide, terrasse couverte avec sièges et table et chaises longues pour travailler sur ce bronzage, barbecue en plein air, piscine privée invitante pour se détendre, arrière-cour face à l'ouest pour profiter des superbes couchers de soleil, grande salle en cuir sectionnel et un fauteuil inclinable confortable, table à manger pour 6, plus 4 tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine, tous les appareils de cuisine et casseroles / poêles pour préparer un repas gastronomique. Vraiment un endroit où vous pouvez appeler la maison. Beaucoup de places de stationnement dans le garage et l'allée, plus porte de RV pour votre usage personnel.

Our Stay was enjoyable and Host was accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Charlie was very responsive and understanding to a couple issues that came up with the kitchen sink. Hoping he gets it’s fixed soon and it’s all taken care of! Thank you for letting us stay for our annual winter vacation!

Great Spring Training Week in Goodyear

This property is perfect location for Goodyear AZ spring training games. Charlie was great with communication and coordination - we will be back!

Golf Getaway

The place was perfect for our golf vacation. The house had everything and met all our needs. Was a great place to relax and unwind, have drinks on patio and watch the golfers. Neighbors were very friendly. Charlie was great and communication was very easy.

Great Communication

Overall the home was great to stay at. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus with the Arizona August heat. The game room was a huge hit with my 8 year old!

Great location

Well maintained, great outdoor space, very quiet neighborhood, would have been nice if the pool was heated, gaming option was nice but did not work. The book was very helpful. Should update photos outside area has changed was different from photos.

Girls Week

We had a girls week and had a great time!! All the amenities. Only thing I would say is being so hot outside it’s nice to come in and be cooler and with this heat we couldn’t keep the house as cool as we would like to, but it all ended up ok. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great Relaxing Vacation

Perfect for a couples getaway. The house was clean, well maintained. Good neighborhood for walking with parks close by. The backyard is on the 10th hole of Coldwater Golf Course. Nice, forgiving course, with a below average price point. Cheap drinks in clubhouse (prickly pear mule was awesome!) and quick pace of play. Lots of tee times available during our stay in early April. Avondale also has lots of restaurants & grocery stores within a couple of miles. Easy access to I-10.

Great Home in a Great Location

We stayed for a week of spring training and this home is close to many stadiums. We never spent more than 30 minutes going to any stadium on the west side of town. We also went to ISM Raceway for NASCAR which was only 15 minutes from the house. The house itself is spacious with a second "game room". The pool was nice although it was chilly (it is March after all) so we didn't spend much time in it. The kids enjoyed it though. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need including silverware and knives. The kitchen was probably the most well stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we have stayed at. Charlie was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for an easy stay!

Great place for our home base this weekend

We are in Avondale every November for NASCAR championship weekend and love the Coldwater Springs neighborhood. This home is very welcoming and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Lots of little amenities to make your stay perfect. Neighborhood was super quiet. Great communication with Charlie and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Evening Views and Pool

I stayed here for 3 weeks to visit with my son and family who live in Phoenix. Easy access to the I10 & shopping. I found this home to be a very good fit for our group. The backyard and pool area was great for the kids and the front living room area was a nice place for kids to gather while the adults had the family room area to talk and watch TV. There is ample supplies to include linens, paper products and kitchen staples like spices and dish soap. The owner was very responsive and reaches out almost immediately to assist with any questions. (I even locked myself out once and had to call to figure out a way to get back in.) Having space in the garage and extra driveway parking is a real plus.

Lovely vacation retreat

Charlie’s house was just perfect for four Senior women to relax and reconnect. Having our own beds - and sinks! - made it extremely comfortable. The rooms were easy to navigate for the gal with the walker, and the step-in shower was a huge plus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we ever get back to sunny Arizona!

Relaxing and Wonderful Getaway

This was a great house in a good location and served as a great respite for us for two weeks. The house and amenities were perfect and it was a very short drive to the grocery or any other store we might need. We enjoyed the sunshine & walked every day in the neighborhoods in the area. We played the Coldwater golf course and enjoyed the range. It was fun to explore the area as it had no shortage of restaurants and golf courses. Even though the MLB players were on lockout and we couldn't go to a game, we definitely were in the right area if we had been able to go to a game. And, our host, Charlie was great to work with both ahead of and during the trip if we had questions. Would highly recommend!

This house truly felt like home. There were plenty of supplies including dishes, toiletries, spices and more. The house was clean and well taken care of. The owner, Charlie is super responsive and very accommodating. We'd stay here 100x over. Great area, nice neighbors, and an overall top notch vacation rental!!

Good Vacation house to stay and explore

We(5 adult and 2 kids) booked the property for a week and enjoyed staying there. Most of the places to visit like Scottsdale, Phenix are near. House is clean and looks like how it's listed in website. Only concern is backyard is not cleaned and there were lot of dust on floor and table, but not a big issue for us. I also don't see lights on backyard due to that couldn't spend much time on evening outside ( maybe it was there but didn't notice). Overall I would suggest this to anyone

We loved it!!

We had a great time staying here … Charlie was very quick at answering any questions and fixing any Problems we might have had … Amazing locations and we loved the pool… The only issue we had is that we were not allowed to touch the thermostat And it was set at 76° And once in a while it was put down to 75 it was a little hot for me and my family especially in the morning and at night. Other than that we had amazing time … Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place !!!

Family friendly property

Great house for a family! We traveled with my family of 4 (infant and preschooler) and my mother to visit my elderly grandparents. It was the perfect space to “hang out” comfortably as a family. Rooms were spacious and clean without too many “extras” scattered around for kids to potentially break. Pool was amazing. There was ample space for everyone to be together, as well as have personal space. The owner is very responsive. We had a question about a neighbor’s backyard construction and he was easy to reach via phone and text.

We love the desert and plan to spend more time in our vacation home as we get nearer to finally retiring, we wish to share our lovely home with vacationers that also love the desert. We hope that your stay in our home gives the sense of comfort and joy that we feel every time we are here. We furnished and provided our home with all that one needs to relax and relish your time in Arizona.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When looking for a home we had a wish list which this house met 100%. We wanted a house with manageable size, one level living, swimming pool (must have), backing onto green space or golf course (no neighbors fish bowl effect), 3 car garage and RV parking for a small RV or 'toys', plus we wanted to have quick access to the freeways. We also chose the West Valley due to great access to shopping, secure neighborhoods and being in surrounded by newer developments plus its real close to NFL, NHL, MLB Spring Training and NASCAR. The bonus of this area is also the great golf courses with great green fees deals.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home is in a great location and neighborhood, it’ll feel like home to all our guests. Our home is also near Luke Airforce Base (without hearing the sounds of fighter jets) which makes it an ideal location for military personnel to house their families while training at Luke AFB. Military personnel please inquire on our Servicemen discount especially in June, July, August and September.
