Excellent Location, easy to get around the area. Great access to the beach, pool and snorkeling. My only complaint would be that there wasnât any air conditioning (we were traveling with young children). Was easy to rectify with the air flow through the windows. Check-in was easy, parking was ample. It was an excellent family vacation!
Wonderful location and property. Saw many turtles in the water right outside the property. Very attentive property management company. They were a pleasure to work with.
This condo was a perfect size for our family. We were nervous about no AC but was not an issue with the island breeze coming in from the screen doors. Loved the ocean front view!
Amazing 10 out of 10 vacation. Beautiful spacious condo with all the amenities. Spectacular beach front view of the ocean, sunset and turtles! Hoâo,-mai,kaâi
Plenty of room in this 3 BR, beach-front condo for our 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Walkable to restaurants and shops, short drive to multiple grocery stores. Nice to fall asleep to the sound of waves. A/C would have been nice on hot, humid days but beaches and pool time helped. Great snorkeling around reef right in front of condo to see tropical fish and sea turtles.
Everything was amazing!! The condo....Holy cow!! No view better than the view from this condo! Rooms great, balcony fabulous...I just can't say enough positive! Needless to say, we loved it!!!
We loved our condo rental. Views of the sunset were amazing! Only negatives were that the dishes and silverware were not clean and kinda crusty and our drain in the shower was slow to drain. We called and they fixed our slow drain the same day. Great experience and would highly recommend!
We stayed week In Oct. loved the double veranda. Although very hot in afternoon sun Bed room with bunk bed could use some rearranging. Little hanging space Also wished there were bogie boards and beach umbrellas! Kitchen was well stocked. Condo very clean on arrival
Very large condo right on the ocean in Kihei. We had six adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated!
Saw lots of whales from our lanai. Restaurants and shops were right across the street. Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. Even a crock pot!
We were met by Casey who explained everything about the condo (including the confusing remotes for the tv). He checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was going well.
Unit 418 was in a great location for the view. Pool was closed for 2 days to repair the heater but it was sure nice to have warm water when it was reopened!
We did have trouble turning on one row of lights in the living room and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. It didn't really bother us and I think they were going to be addressed after we left.
Be aware there is only one parking spot allotted per room. With six adults we had two cars but because one our party was disabled they provided us with a second spot. If not, you have to park the second car on the street.
Everything was clean and grounds were well kept.
The condo was much larger than expected and just had that comfortable and homey feeling. The kitchen was very well equipped and the view at all hours of the day was amazing. There is a roof top garden that we didnât go up to until the last day and how I regretted that when we left. There were plenty of tables and a kitchen and grills and the views once again were the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. I highly recommend this listing and will definitely recommend to others. It was beautiful!!
This property has views directly of the ocean. The shoreline is rocky but we could watch turtles swim, snorkelers, and canoe teams row. There are two great beaches (Kamaole I & II) on either side of the property, no more than 5 minutes door to beach. Kamaole Beach III is just on the other side of "II" and is about 10 minutes walk; we boogie boarded at "III". We liked staying in Kihei because it seemed central to the day trips we took to Kaanapali, Wailea, Hana, and Haleakala; and also for the abundance of good restaurants and shops nearby. This unit does not have AC, and on the first night it was stuffy even with the sliding doors open to the lanai, but after that the air circulated from the ocean breeze and it was comfortable. There were either ceiling fans or stand up fans in each bedroom which also helped. The kitchen was great, and the living room and lanai were spacious and comfortable. For check in, we did have to drive a few (?) miles away to submit a form. If we didn't have a rental car that would have been a little more difficult. But the office is close to Maui Brewing Co, so that was a convenient side trip too. We went right after the pre-testing rules had changed July 8, so there was some confusion about what was really required. It all worked out, and we loved our stay. Aloha!
Best location! Right across street from grocery, restaurants, shopping, coffee shop and more. Listen to the waves while watching the beautiful sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay at #418. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. Beautiful view, steps from the beach, we couldnât have asked for a better place to stay.
Great location and unit. You can walk to a number of restaurants and shops, including a general store. This isn't a "high end" neighborhood, but some of the restaurants are quite good and not pretentious.
We had a great time here - steps from 2 fabulous beaches, with snorkeling right outside the door. The view from the patio is lovely. Only downside was no AC, which is clearly stated in the description.
My family stayed in the unit over the July 4th week. The location could not be better in terms of beach access. Walk down the stairs and Kam 2 is to your left, Kam 1 is to your right. Both are 1 minute easy stroll. Turtles are abundant and right in front of the condo. Great snorkeling. Also walk-able (like across the street) are various restaurants, Snorkel Bob and other rentals, and a small natural grocery store with a great salad and hot bar (great alternative to restaurants). Kitchen fully stocked and modern. Master is a great room. King bed, very nice, private bath. Other two bedrooms are also good. One great for couples, one better for kids. One big draw back (if you care) is no air conditioning. We did not care or need, but if you think you need AC, then you should be thoughtful. There is great airflow, totally safe to leave the patio open, all the windows, but the unit will be warmer than cooler. But unless you need it, every other aspect of the condo makes up for lack of AC. The sunset on the patio is spectacular. Would stay there again. Property manager made checking in easy and effortless. This location does allow you to save on the car rental, unless you plan to do lots of driving the island.
