Le fabuleux Sunset Beach House est situé sur une plage de sable dans la partie la plus ensoleillée de Maui. Cette maison de 3 chambres sera l'endroit idéal pour votre groupe d'amis ou votre famille. Profitez de votre propre maison de luxe fermée directement sur la plage pour environ le même prix que l'hébergement de votre groupe dans un complexe de condos. .

Vous aurez une vie en bord de mer avec votre propre cascade / spa privé, une grande cour, un home cinéma, une cuisine moderne et bien plus encore. La chambre principale a une vue complète sur l'océan et sa propre véranda. Et quelle vue! Même la douche a une vue magnifique. Regardez la lune se coucher dans l'océan depuis votre lit. Laissez le bruit des vagues vous endormir.

Il y a une véranda couverte avec une table pour manger en plein air. L'océan, la plage, la grande pelouse et le spa offrent aux enfants de tous âges de nombreux endroits pour se détendre ou jouer.

Bien que notre maison soit dans une rue calme, nous sommes à distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins, des cafés, des épiceries, des marchés en plein air et des parcs avec des terrains de jeux.

La plage derrière la maison s'étend très loin dans les deux sens. Des planches de bodyboard, des pelouses et des jouets de sable sont disponibles à la maison. Des jouets aquatiques comme des kayaks et des planches de surf peuvent être loués à proximité.

Pendant la saison des baleines (décembre - mars), l'eau derrière notre maison est un endroit privilégié pour les baleines à bosse, en particulier les mères et les nouveaux-nés. Ce sont des acrobates actifs et c'est excitant de les regarder jouer.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Amazing Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time. Turtles right in front of the house. We had a nice relaxing time with plenty of space for the kids to play. The hot tub was one of the best parts. Kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Doors need WD 40. Door handles need adjusting. Air conditioner timers are noises. Is there a price break for using the place again?

Wonderful stay in Kihei!

The Sunset Beach House was delightful and perfect for our week in Maui. Location is amazing on a quiet, beautiful beach with plenty of sea turtles! The house was easy to find and access on arrival and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We especially appreciated the pack and play and toddler bed that were available for use. Plenty of sand toys, snorkel gear, and beach chairs for everyone. The waterfall spa is such a special part of this property and made for a great little swim for the kids. The easy walk to the grocery store and shops made this location very convenient. Bryce and Beebe were excellent hosts and responded to all questions immediately. Tara, the property manger, was also very helpful at assisting us with additional supplies. Would love to return again in the future!

Kihei’s crown jewel

The moment we stepped into the Sunset Beach House we knew we were home. Our favorite way to travel is through house rentals because we love to spend time in the house. This house is our favorite by far. The location is perfect (20 minutes from the airport) and the view is breathtaking. Everything you need is within a 1 mile radius. There are tons of restaurants and shopping as well as South Maui Gardens (great food trucks!). There is even a gym and supermarket within walking distance. The decor is warm and inviting, reflecting the sunset theme. The beds are comfortable and there is more than enough room for a family. Everyone had their own space! We spent many evenings eating dinner and watching the sunset on the back porch. Although we scheduled many activities, we always looked forward to a chill day spent in the backyard on the beach. Bryce and Tara (property manager) were great communicators and made us feel welcome. Those are the big things. Now for the small things that really make a difference: a well stocked kitchen with sauces and spices as well as any small appliance you may need, hairdryers and sundries in the bathrooms, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, sand toys, and boogie boards in the basement. We never got to the kayaks, but they are there as well! If you want to feel at home in Maui, this is the place to be! We will be back!

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! The house is cozy and very well equipped. They had everything you would need for a fun family beach vacation. The home owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with! Our favorite parts were the big yard and the gorgeous sunset views!

Peaceful, magical stay!

The home is the perfect place to stay when exploring the island of Maui. We especially enjoyed the uncrowded beach right out the back door of the house. The sunsets were amazing and the home had plenty room for our family to spread out. The lawn between the beach and home was a nice reprieve from the wind in the late afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the home that was so comfortable. We even had sea turtles swim with us in the water directly outside the house. I would highly recommend this home if you seek relaxing and enjoyable vacation to the island of Maui!

Maui at the turtle beach

Nice property on the beach and near shops and restaurants. Owner has gone out of his way to supply beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. Saw sea turtles every night and early morning. Good launching point for hiking trails and swimming beaches.

Peaceful stay-close to local favorites

While the only consideration would be some updating in the home let me share that this home created an opportunity for our family to come in for a friend's daughter's wedding and share memories together that no resort could have offered. The views from the home of the beautiful palm trees and the ocean and the ability to walk just a few steps to the beach that mostly was our own unless the turtles came up to sleep at night, were breathtaking. We had three adult children with us, all in their 20s and my wife and I and we couldn't have been more pleased. We took short walks to an amazing restaurant and short drives to local farmers markets. The owner of the house was extremely communicative, and this was as close to being a local and living on the ocean as one is going to get. Would we go back - absolutely.

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Beautiful house and incredible location

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this house. The Owner and Property manager were very responsive and responded to our questions timely. The house is clean and has all the accessories that we needed. We had our 8 month old Granddaughter along and they had all needs for young kids like a pack n play, high chair and accessories bc we needed. The location of the house is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The water view from the lanai is beautiful along with the sunsets every evening. We had an incredible family stay at this Sunset House!

Perfect Home By the Beach

We had a wonderful week as first time visitors to Maui staying at Bryce and Beebee’s Sunset Beach House. Traveling with 3 generations of family, the home was perfect for us. It had the feel of staying at a friend’s vacation home because of all the thoughtful touches from people who have actually lived there. They had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay, cook at home, and enjoy the beach. My dad enjoyed the selection of books, picking out a few neat ones on Hawaii’s history; they had beach equipment galore that made things more fun for each of us, from 14m to 75y (umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and beach shoes which were super helpful); they even had curly straws that worked for the fresh coconuts we picked up and storage containers for leftovers. For those of you coming with babies or toddlers, they even had a highchair! The two baby gates work in the house, but you’ll need to get creative for the outdoor stair on the big lanai, though we had no issues. Their directions and communication leading up to and throughout the stay was wonderful. The fruit trees on the property were an unexpected delight, and having a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and food truck garden just blocks away was great. We spent most of our time on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets and taking in the serene surroundings. We would absolutely recommend staying here for your family’s vacation! Thanks again!

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Family Vacation in Paradise!

We had 5 adults staying at "The Sunset Beach House" (the book Bryce & Bee-Bee made showing the design/building of the house is a must-see). From the moment we walked onto the top floor and opened the sliding doors to hear waves crashing on the beach 100 yards away we knew it was going to be special. The house is exactly what it appears on VRBO, but trust me, it will far exceed your expectations! The beds were all very comfy, there were fans in every bedroom that we utilized frequently. 90% of the time A/C wasn't necessary but they do have individual units in each room to cool everything down if necessary. TONS of ocean toys for adults and I think the most toys for building sandcastles I've ever seen in one place, if you have little ones they will ask to come back again and again. My fiance and I just got engaged and are considering getting married on Maui, we can't wait to return to the Sunset Beach House with our little keiki and make many more special memories. Thank you for an incredible stay and experience! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

My wife and I spend most of the year in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Three of our daughters and their families are nearby. A fourth daughter lives in Utah. We spend 2 months per year in our Maui home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Windsurfing took us to Maui for vacations starting in the 80's. We ended up loving the place and we built our beachfront vacation home there in 2000.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Almost everything I like to do in Maui I can do in my own back yard. Nearly every water sport you can think of is possible at one time or another, depending on weather and waves. Or, if we prefer to relax, it would be difficult to find a better place for that.

Part of the pleasure of owning this home is sharing it with people and hearing them talk about how much they love it.
