We stayed 7 nights and had the best trip! We all left saying that we’d love to go back and would stay here again. The rooms are spacious, the view is beautiful and the surrounding property is perfect for a family traveling with all ages. They have everything you need and the staff are helpful and friendly! It was easy to get chairs, towels and umbrellas set up for us on the beach and all pools had plenty of towels and seating. We were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shops as the location is amazing. We truly have no complaints and hope to go back!

This property far exceeded our expectations; the pictures do not do it justice. Absolutely fantastic accommodation and amenities and a perfect host and owner. Much better than the surrounding hotels and felt like a home from home.

We have been to Maui many times and our stay at Wailea Beach Villas has been our favorite. The property and unit were spectacular. Walkable access to local shopping, restaurants and beaches were wonderful and we were really able to relax and enjoy our time together. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

We enjoyed every minute in this large, immaculate and beautiful penthouse! The property, pools and beaches are gorgeous and so much quieter and less crowded than the nearby hotels. The pictures don't do it justice! Susan is an amazing host and is there for any questions but we didn't need a thing, it's all provided! The large well stocked kitchen, dining table, family room and lanai gave the 7 of us more than enough space and stunning sunset views. We loved the chair service at the private beach! The shops right across the way provided everything from a grocery store, restaurants and souvenirs. You will love your stay here!

So happy with our stay! I looked at many Maui options prior to booking and I'm pleased to say this property really delivered! We were traveling with our two adult daughters and their spouses and really wanted three bedrooms with three private bathrooms. Everyone loved their rooms, comfy beds, showers, etc. Felt first class the whole time. Furniture and art were all fantastic. Dream kitchen had everything we needed for some great family meals after long days exploring the island. Fun location across from the shops. The property and resort grounds were very well-kept and felt like such a peaceful vibe compared to nearby resorts. This was a once-in a lifetime trip for us and we are ecstatic to have stayed in this villa!

Very well appointed and maintained unit in a great complex with direct beach access, lovely family and adult pools and a helpful concierge staff. A private entrance to the restaurants and stores at the adjacent Shops at Wailea is also a nice plus. Would gladly stay there again.

The location was incredible. It is just steps to the Shops at Wailea, so very convenient for shopping or dining. The unit was very impressive and quite spacious. The unit had everything that you would want or need. We went to both pool areas and it was easy to find chairs. The lanai had a nice ocean view with a lounger and table/chairs. We relaxed with our morning coffee on the lanai and enjoyed it very much. We didn’t grill, but there was a very nice grill also on the lanai. The check-in process was easy and we felt very welcomed. We wish we could have stayed longer! Would love to go back and stay again.

Quiet, spacious, and close to everything

I brought my sons to enjoy a quiet few days and this place has it all. Close to the beach, adult only pool, across the street from the Shops at Wailea, amd plenty of space to spread out.

Wonderful place to spend with your family

We loved this condo! The location couldn’t be better for small kids since we were so close to the beach. There were plenty of amenities so we could really get comfortable and the management/staff here is very accommodating. We had the best time!

Beautiful place!

The house was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful! It was a wonderful stay. It was a bit of a walk to the beach (around 7-10 minutes) for my 83 year old mom, but the staff was very willing to drive her up and down in the golf cart. The beach was beautiful! The shopping center next door was very convenient. I would stay here again!

Exciting Stay In Maui

We’ve been to Maui several times but this is our first time at Wailea Beach Villas and the perfect location. We brought family members, we all loved the location, it was a short walking distance to the pools, the best beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our penthouse had all the luxuries and comfort of home, we would definitely return to this location.
