Notre condo (unité 402) est détenu et exploité par une famille et nouveau dans la piscine de location.

Ce magnifique et spacieux condo de 3 chambres en bord de mer offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et les eaux vives du salon, de la cuisine et de la chambre principale.

En janvier 2015, le condo a été repeint et nous avons installé la climatisation zonée pour chaque chambre et salon, (4) téléviseurs à écran plat intelligents de 40 pieds, des draps de qualité et des ventilateurs Casa Blanca partout.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour un dîner raffiné et la véranda privée spacieuse est parfaite pour le café du matin, les dîners relaxants ou au coucher du soleil.

Ce condo est à l'extrémité nord du bâtiment, qui est adjacent à South Kihei Road et peut parfois avoir du bruit. L'emplacement est idéal avec des plages de sable dans les deux sens et à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements.

Le Royal Mauian Resort est une propriété unique en bord de mer de 6 étages située dans le sud de Kihei. Il est situé entre 2 plages de sable fin, est magnifiquement entretenu et offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan.

Les motifs offrent une piscine face à l'océan, une vaste pelouse avec chaises longues surplombant l'eau, et un jardin sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan et un espace barbecue avec des barbecues à gaz, des tables et une cuisine complète pour une expérience culinaire magique au coucher du soleil.

We loved this unit, it was perfect for our family of six. The location was amazing, beaches right there and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit was stocked with all the essentials, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The property was outstanding - very spacious with all the things we could need. Gorgeous view and great access to the beaches. There was no street noise (just the local roosters, which made me laugh every morning).Saw many turtles along the rocks and one even rested right up on the sand. We also saw a lot of cool birds, geckos and insects.The location is fantastic!

Booking this Kihei condo was great from start to finish- the hosts were communicative and helped me figure out some of my plans prior to arriving. We (my parents, my husband and I, and our 3 kids aged 4,3, and 1) stayed for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The location is amazing - very walkable to tons of breakfast cafes, coffee shops, snorkeling shops, and restaurants. The beach is less than 5 minute walk from door to sand. The views are amazing. We loved everything about it and hopefully will be back!

Excellent house and location. Had outstanding views (especially the sunset) and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked meals several times during our stay. It was a great stay.

The condo is beautiful and very accomodating. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of seven%. Four adults and three small children. Shawna, the hose, was a delight to work with. The manager was very responsive during our contact. I would return here.

Great Family Place in Kehei

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The location is well-suited, with beaches on either side of the complex. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The condo has fantastic amenities...that go well beyond the description on the website. We had a group of five, ages 17 through 52, and every single person found something great to do nearby. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Maui's Hidden Gem

What an outstanding property, great access to amazing views, great beaches, shopping and more - all in walking distance. Access to onsite parking is a nice perk. The hosts have done an amazing job in updating the property to make it very easy to stay, be comfortable in the unit and have plenty of space to rest and relax.

This property exceeded our expectations. Newly renovated 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6. Excellent location and view of Kamaole 1 Beach. Well stalked with beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards.

The accommodations were great, close to the beach. Shopping at local food stores across the street were overpriced. Drive a few blocks north to the larger food stores.

Absolutely perfect

Everything about this condo and location were perfect. Amazing view of the ocean, well stocked, extremely clean, and overall just comfy and perfect for our family. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and being able to walk to the beach. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Maui.

Beautiful Condo/Excellent Location

Can't add much to the prior reviews as we agree with all the positive comments. Our party was 6 adults and had plenty of room. Great views, central location, plenty of turtles and saw some breaching whales off shore. One thing to add was everything in the condo was first rate including beach equipment and even iron and ironing board which tells you owners want to (and did) provide a quality experience.

Recent upgrade very nice! Couldn’t have been happier! Our married kids plus 2 grandkids! All appliances top tier! Lots of beach toys etc. Highly recommend this unit plus the Royal Mauian! Shawna very attentive to our needs plus Mary her on island point person!

Perfect

Our family trip to Maui was delayed by a year and was worth the wait. We re-booked without any difficulty and full understanding from the owners of this beautiful property. When we arrived, everything was ready for us and the condo was perfect for our large family group of three generations. We had lots of room to spread out, but found ourselves really enjoying time together on the lanai whenever we were there. The view of the beach and the sunsets was amazing. The location was great with the close proximity of the beaches where we spent much time enjoying the sun sand and water. The rooftop patio and BBQ was great to use and enjoy with the even more amazing view of the sunset. The entire building is well cared for and maintained.

location is wonderful overlooking the ocean although the sun never makes it on to the balcony at least not in February. Unit needs updating and a thorough cleaning... bathroom overhead fans don't really work because they are completely clogged with dirt. For three bedrooms (for five or six people) there are not enough comfortable couches or chairs (there is plenty of space in the main living area, just not enough furniture. )Kitchen is well supplied. Checkout and check in times are difficult but I think this may be common.

The condo was exactly as it was represented, very clean, and it was perfect for 3 adult couples. We stay at the Royal Mauian because of the location, and it is the best 3 bedroom floorplan in Kīhei. Out of the 10 days we had several days that we never had to get in the rental car, between the beaches, shops and great food we never had to go anywhere. What a great stay!!

Wonderful place with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay here very much and the apartment was a good space for us. It was nicely decorated and was well stocked with everything we needed for the cooking that we did as well as with beach gear, which was nice….beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, an ice chest. There are great sandy beaches on both sides of the complex and lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as a natural foods store across the street. The only drawback I can think of would be that the complex is located on a pretty busy road so you can hear some traffic noise if you are outside on the patio. We would definitely stay here again if we are looking for lodging in this general area in the future.

We have been vacationing to Maui for over 20 years and like to think of it as our home away from home. We love cruising and watching the surf and sun on the warm tropical beaches of Hawaii with our kiddos and as many friends and family as we can round up! Isn't that what it is all about?

We stayed in one of the Royal Mauian units a couple years ago and fell in love with the ocean front, easy going, beautiful complex and lovely grounds! Steps away from two of the best beaches in Kihei (or all of Maui in our opinion), several great dining options within a short walking and/or driving distance and wonderful views of both Haleakala and the beautiful coast toward Ma'alaea Harbor. When this unit came up for sale we jumped at the opportunity! We are excited to share this beautifully situated and appointed condo with you and hope that if feels like home away from home for you as well.
