À propos de cet hébergement

Ce est un accès facile, rez de chaussée, fin unité de condo avec véranda et un bar. Ce condo est à une courte promenade à la piscine, bain à remous, et des aires de barbecue. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit de taille TV, roi, une promenade dans la douche et se ouvre sur son propre véranda séparée. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en un lit king size ce qui en fait une location pour deux couples. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond. La cuisine est équipée avec tous les conforts de la maison ce qui rend facile à cuisiner dans si vous souhaitez. Le salon spacieux dispose d'un canapé-lit et ouvre sur la véranda de la tuile qui abrite un bar, table et chaises pour 6, et un ventilateur de plafond. De la véranda vous avez une vue du terrain joliment aménagé et un aperçu de l'océan dans le lointain. Asseyez-vous sur la véranda et savourer une tasse calme de café du matin tout dindons sauvages se pavanent par, ou vous détendre et boire un verre de coucher de soleil après une journée de découverte ou de nager sur une plage voisine. Vous trouverez des serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glacières, et équipement de plongée pour votre usage. Les guides de l'île sont disponibles pour votre référence, le rendant facile à planifier vos aventures sur la grande île. Il ya un parking pour deux véhicules disponibles sur le site.

Needs updating

Owner was helpful and the communication was good. The property is quiet and we were often the only ones at the pool. My only complaint is the condo needs to be updated. There is duct tape on the dishwasher, screen door and flooring. The dishwasher and furniture need to be replaced. u want the dishes clean

Great place

The condo was in great shape and the back lanai is a perfect spot to eat meals. The beach equipment was a 10/10, it had everything. The location is the best part, you are just 20 minutes from the best beaches on the big island.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great for getting to beaches and it wasn't a super long drive to Kona or Hilo. The property had lots of little touches that we appreciated like boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and cooking seasoning. It's the little things that help! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would recommend!

Good homey place

We enjoyed the property for half a month. Though some of the ceiling fan motors were needing change, the portable fans made up for it. This property was homey and made our stay enjoyable. With the great location within the estate, enjoying the lanai was the highlight.

Nice and quiet. Nice location for traveling to the Hilo side. But the large ceiling fan did not work and lots of sand bags was very concern in the front entry.

Waikoloa Trip # 7

Back to the Big Island again and staying at the Waikoloa Villas. Love staying at this property. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo and were not disappointed. The unit has had some recent renovations and was well stocked with all you need including beach gear. Would return again!

Great Condo!

Overall great place to stay especially with a family. A good clean location with a grocery store nearby. The only complaint is that the couch bed mattress is not good, better to sleep on the couch itself. Other than that it was great, would stay here again.

A Little Slice Of Paradise

We have stayed at this lovely condo previously and always leave wishing we had a few more days. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities of home. The property is well maintained and peaceful. It is a short distance to some of the best beaches on the island, whale watching, and hiking. Sharon, the property manager, is just a call away if there are any issues. We would stay here every visit if it was available.

Great location to access Waikoloa Beach and Hapuna Beach

This property was perfect for myself, my sister-in-law, and my Mom. We were celebrating her 80th birthday! It was about 5 miles from Hwy 19, which was great for a quiet atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and really enjoyed the turkey visits. I only had couple of issues....1) the floors were not clean and 2) the check-in instructions should include how to operate the door (while I felt dumb, I was exhausted from a long trip to get there and having to turn and HOLD the key to open the door, just wasn't on my radar at that exhausted moment). Also, that would save phone calls to the owner and property manager. Overall, however, it was a great property and I would definitely recommend it, if you want to easily access those beaches (in my opinion they are the best two beaches on the island) and the Hawi, Waimea, and Hilo areas. Not a bad drive to Kona either.

Good for the price

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The unit is close to pool and golf club. Nice short walk to village with grocery store and restaurants. Loved the complex and that the unit was on the ground level. The large bedroom with high ceiling was the great. The pictures are definitely not up to date. The furniture needs replacing. The setup is odd with tv where bar stools should be. TV sticks up beyond top of counter and had to be wiped down when we arrived due to finger prints all over it. The cupboards all needed to be cleaned and organized. Games were all dumped into two big drawers in coffee table. I sorted out about 10 decks of cards. Kitchen needs organization and purging. We had to buy a fry pan and a knife because they were so bad. The bathroom rugs really need to be replaced. One fan didn’t work when we arrived and then the bedroom ceiling fan stopped working. Maintenance came to fix but were unable. They put a new washer and dryer in while we were there which was nice once they were done. I would stay again but with lower expectations.

Everything was perfect

We stayed for 8 nights in August to attend my sister’s wedding. The condo was wonderful and exactly as portrayed in the VRBO website. The location was perfect for us, close to my mom’s house and close to the rest of the family’s condo’s too. Waikoloa Village has a grocery store super close to the condo, an easy walk. It’s also centrally located to visit most of the other areas of the island. We had a great time here and would definitely rent from Paul again.

Perfect for us!

The location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the SIZE of the condo were much better than we are used to... there kitchen was amazing and the master bedroom -- whew! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful and comfortable condo

This was the third time we have stayed at this condo in Waikoloa Village and it just keeps getting better. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and has everything one needs to cook if desired. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The owner is very thorough and checking in was a breeze. The property manager is available if any questions or problems arise. The condo is conveniently located between both of the pools and hot tubs at the complex, which we enjoyed daily. Not so wild turkeys frequent the area and are fun to watch. We hated to leave and look forward to staying here again.

This is a winner.

This property was another pleasant experience for us and we've rented in the Waikoloa Village complex five other times, so this speaks volumes for how this rates. The unit was beautifully furnished, fully stocked with all the creature comforts one could and would need. Our favorite feature were the most comfortable beds we've slept in ever. Each bed had mattress toppers so it is like sleeping on clouds. Love having two baths, two bedrooms, washer, dryer, WiFi, a cooler, beach chairs, and so much more and the unit was unbelievably quiet. It beats a hotel any day in our opinion. The beach and shops are not far away. This is a winner.

This property was perfect for what we needed.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the fans did a good job of keeping it cool. We didn't have any issues at all. The condo was well stalked with everything we needed and the beach equipment was very much appreciated. We had to travel to both the Hawi and Kona areas so the location was great.

Gem of a Condo close to Beautiful Beaches

We chose this beautiful condo for a last minute visit to BI. With it being our first visit to Bi we really didn't know where to stay location wise. This condo is within 10-15 mins of some of the best beaches in all of Hawaii. You can stay closer to the beaches, but this area is very close and doesn't have the congestion you could run into down closer to the beach. You are also close to Waimea, which has great food options and beautiful views on the drive up to the town. The condo is in a mainly residential area that has quiet hours. It seemed quiet at all times and made me worry my kids ( 12 and 10) were being too loud the entire trip. Since there is no AC we left the doors open so I am sure that's really what made me worry about the sound. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit so that was perfect for laundry since we packed lightly. The unit was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room. The condo was equipped with all the utensils, fans, books and water toys imageable. Highly Recommend!

Beautifully remodeled condo, nice amenities

This condo is only about 15 minutes from the beaches, and just a few minutes from the grocery store. We loved eating outside, enjoying the pool and using the grill. The beds were all comfortable, the unit was clean and had most utensils/tools we needed in the kitchen. The beach toys and snorkels were nice to have too.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was great. Fun beaches not far. At least 30 minutes from airport. Southern beaches, like Captain Cook area quite a bit further away... more than an hour. Liked it for the day we traversed to Hilo. Only took maybe 70 minutes. All was in order and is a nice property

We live in the San Francisco Bay area town of Benicia. We spend much of our free time traveling and Scuba diving. For the past 15 + years we have been visiting the Hawaiian Islands and made the leap to having our own Island home and a new HQ for jumping off on other adventures.
