Ceci est une incroyable unité de rez-de-chaussée 1 chambre 1 salle de bain avec beaucoup d'espace. Il a été entièrement rénové avec de beaux meubles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Il a beaucoup de fenêtres qui mènent à un patio spacieux. Il a l'air central si la brise hawaïenne fraîche n'est pas suffisante. Il dispose de plusieurs barbecues à quelques pas pour un dîner relaxant après une journée de plaisir. Le condo est situé sur un magnifique parcours de golf avec des courts de tennis, des piscines, des spas et une salle de fitness. La plage spectaculaire est à 10 minutes à pied ou à 2 minutes en voiture. Nous avons des appels téléphoniques illimités partout aux États-Unis et au Canada.

We had a wonderful stay at Rachelle and Martin’s condo. The condo and grounds are beautiful. The condo was spotless and so comfy and cozy. We felt safe and at home during our stay. Rachelle and Martin are fantastic and very responsive hosts. I highly recommend their property for your stay and know you will fall in love with the Big Island just like we did!

This property was even better than advertised. Spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The air conditioning was nice to cool off after long days in the sun- great location for day trips to other parts of the island.

The Shores Condo Review

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was clean, new, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent as the grounds were beautifully manicured with close access to the pool, exercise room, and walking distance to the beaches. The hosts were most helpful giving great ideas of activities, beaches to visit and places to eat. They also were prompt to any questions we had before and during our stay. This is a place we would stay in the future for how smoothly it all went.

Great stay at Waikoloa condo

Condo was in great shape and very clean. Quiet first floor location. Beach chairs/umbrella and cooler were appreciated. Nice on site pool and jacuzzi.

Very Comfortable

We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Paradise......

I am still on cloud 9 from our trip! We had such an amazing time. The condo was beautiful, spacious, had all the essentials, even beach toys for my son. The town, is amazing and close to stores, shops, and even Starbucks. We had so many fun adventures, I can’t wait to book my next stay with Marty.

Awesome start to the 2024!

This unit was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Well stocked kitchen, beach and pool gear - wagon was handy especially for Hāpuna beach one of our favourite spots! We used the BBQ’s, just across the parking lot very convenient and the the Tropics pub is pretty much on site and caters to NFL fans on game day if you are so inclined:) Mahalo Martin… we’ll be back soon… so much to see, do and just to relax!

Felt like home!

Beautiful and spacious property that was a pleasure to stay at. It was comfortable and clean and Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. Martin was extremely helpful he provided a flyer with beach locations , coffee, wine and other snacks. The kitchen and bath were fully stocked.- towels, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, laundry detergent etc. He provided a list of places to visit and restaurant recommendations.The property is gorgeous. One evening we had a visit with a tom turkey and two females on the patio. The price was very agreeable and it felt homey. Highly recomend this place.

Most relaxing, comfortable stay on the Big Island

We stayed at this property for 9 days in March. The unit is comfortable and well equipped. The lanai is inviting and relaxing, great spot to enjoy morning coffee and late afternoon happy hour! All of the beach items were a real pleasure to use as we frequently went to Hapuna beach to enjoy the big surf! The location of this property is perfect and beautiful! Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach walking path! Be sure to visit Target/Safeway/Costco before leaving the Kona area (close to airport) for groceries and essentials as the market at Queens is very pricey! Prepared foods there are nicely priced given the convenience. Loved our time on the Big Island and would highly recommend this property! Owner is very responsive and extremely helpful with general information on the area. Mahalo for the awesome gift basket! Very kind!!

Absolutely beautiful

Our first impression was Wow, this place is lovely. We were at the end of a 3 week tour of Hawaii and this was our 5th VRBO property. They were all wonderful and unique but this condo was really first class. It was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast on the Lanai was especially pleasant. Two things really stand out as special ...we received a text from housekeeping telling us that the condo was ready and we could check in early. We thought that was extremely considerate of them and we also found a lovely welcome basket waiting for us. And Marty was very attentive, offering lots of information about the area but also just general concern that everything was perfect for our stay at Waikoloa. I give this place 5 stars plus. Splendid Stay

My family arrived 4 days early for our annual timeshare stay, and we usually select a different vacation rental to get a feel for the different condos in the resort. We had the wonderful fortune of selecting this property this year, and I don't think we will continue to select different condos again. The unit was very clean, well-appointed, and little touches made us feel like we were well taken care of! We've stayed in countless units over the years, and especially in Hawaii we often feel like owners "hodge-podge" things together, using left-over items to try to meet needs for guests. That is NOT the case here. Everything feels intentionally selected to create a feel of welcome and comfort. From the linens to the dishes and cooking pans, everything was comfortable. I cannot thank the hosts enough for this little gem - we will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay-look no further!

Just returned from a wonderful 1 week stay in July (family of 4). This is a beautiful, updated, well-maintained, beautifully furnished and decorated, well appointed condo. Stocked with everything you need inside the home and also to enjoy the beach and on site tennis courts (beach chairs, toys, tennis rackets, beach cart, snorkeling gear, etc). The unit is spacious, clean, has central A/C and very comfortable mattresses (including the sofa bed). There is a great lanai to sit, have meals and drinks and relax. The whole condo complex is well maintained with a nice pool and hot tub, gas BBQs, gym, tennis courts. It is in a beautiful quiet resort (Waikoloa village) where there are other condo complexes, a golf course, Hilton, Marriott and 2 shopping areas with shops and restaurants. Great resort for strolls (but need flashlight at night), minutes drive from all the beautiful Kohala coast beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Mauna Kea). About 40 minute drive to Kona. Very responsive and accomodating hosts and property manager who were easily reachable by email/text for any inquiries prior to and during trip. The hosts are most thoughtful, offering a generous welcome basket, and provided a wealth of helpful information on the unit, the resort and activities and restaurant suggestions to enjoy in the area. We were sad to leave and hope to be fortunate enough to return. We recommend without hesitation!

Great stay!

This was likely the nicest VRBO in which we've ever stayed. The property was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. Martin & Rachelle were great hosts and provided lots of tips on dining, shopping, and things to do. There was a gift basket upon our arrival with beers, chocolates, and chips! Everything in the property was well organized with labels and the beach chairs/towels were a nice perk. There were a few check out duties, but that is pretty typical with most VRBO's. We would strongly recommend!

Beautiful condo

This place was awesome! We felt so fortunate to stay in this place because it was beautiful. It was well maintained and the stickers were found in some places were good reminders how to use things. This place was also well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms had enough towels and linens. The bed! It was firm which my back really appreciated. There were a lot of beach and pool things that were got to enjoy. They even had a cart to take to go to to the beach. The pool we enjoyed it very much. Lanai was a nice place to stay but had enough privacy. Location was great. It was near 2 plazas and just a drive to beautiful beaches and food. Martin was a great host. Definitely recommend to this place. Would love to come back.

Great Stay, Everything we needed!

My teen son, tween daughter and I spent seven days at this home at Shores at Waikaloa. The location was easy to access and very quiet. We opted for this property over a hotel because my son wanted some degree of separation which it definitely provides.Everything worked well — Door locks, HVAC, laundry, shower, coffee maker, DW. The bed was comfortable the towels were soft. The property had nearly everything we needed except for Kleenix and Qtips, but seriously everything else. There was a water filter in the fridge and fresh ice in the freezer. I really appreciated all the labels for the towels, sheets, laundry — so many of my questions were answered by having these little touches. There was also a thoughtful Welcome Gift with a great map of the local beaches. I felt like a lot of thought and care went into providing the best possible home away from home. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’d gladly go back!

We enjoyed our stay. Martin was very helpful. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Close to island gourmet for groceries. No issues being on the ground floor. We’d stay here again.

My wife Rachelle and I fell in love with the Big Island 7 years ago. We wanted to make our condo a home. Everything from the decor to the amenities was carefully thought out so you could experience a vacation that would set it apart from any place you have ever stayed before. We love our home and try to stay there as often as possible. When we can't be there, we wanted our guests to have the same wonderful feeling of the paradise we are so blessed to have.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location of "The Shores" is by far the most beautiful we have seen.The people are so warm and friendly.The beaches are amazing! There are countless things to do and explore.Great hikes to spectacular snorkeling.There is so much to see on the rest of the island from volcanoes, lava tubes to mushroom farms.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location of our condo is perfect. It is a corner ground floor unit just steps away from the barbecue area and tennis courts. The pool, Jacuzzi ,fitness center and golf are about a 3 minute walk,while are spectacular beach is about a 10 minute walk. Of course you can always drive and its only a 2 minute drive.The unit has new hardwood floors,and furnishings. The high ceilings give it a very spacious feeling while the decor adds a lot of warmth. All to make you feel that you are home to enjoy some leisure time.
