This spacious 2 BR, 2 BA condo was recently remodeled with new furniture and appliances!
It accommodates comfortably 4 guests with a fully equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom features a king or queen size bed with Hawaiian design bedding. Vibrant tropical artworks throughout the entire home will give you a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
We are conveniently located within a short walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, bank and gas station.
In case you have any additional questions or concerns during your stay, a property manager is available 24/7. Peace and serenity prevail in this quiet development.

Waikola Village unit

This condo was great. It is clean, has a great kitchen with lots of spices, dishes etc Perfect for cooking meals and the grill is a bonus.The area is quiet and the lanai was great. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of beach gear. Loved the location and would stay again .

Highly Recommended Property

This was our 7th stay on the Big Island and our second stay at this particular property. It definitely will be our continued choice for any future trips to the Big Island. Quite and comfortable

Check in process was a breeze, the host is very tentative to your needs. Super clean, very quiet,well equipped, just a lovely place to relax. Grocery store, restaurants, golf course all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

Extremely easy to find and get in. This place has everything you could possibly need and more. From kitchen accessories to bIt was each chairs and coolers. Easy to get to many points of interest. I would definitely stay again

Mother’s Day getaway

We had a fun time. It was a nice getaway. Very peaceful. Nice to be on the golf course, a market near by. The place was very clean and nice. Would definitely return.

Beautiful

Beautifully renovated and "The Village Course at Waikoloa" in the back yard. Very spacious, quite and comfortable. Good location to all the Waikoloa & Mauna Kea golf courses, restaurants and shopping. We were very grateful to the Host. They made sure our check in was flawless and followed up with us after check out. I will stay there again.

Perfect!

5 stars all the way!!! The place was quiet, spotless and kitchen had everything we needed. The beds are super comfy. We loved relaxing on the porch. Our grand daughter loved the wild turkeys that played on the golf course morning/evenings. We will be back!

Clean conflating condo in Waikoloa

Hosts were very communicative and kind. The apartment was perfectly clean and well stocked. There's no ac but if you open the windows and turn the fans on there is no need.

Absolutely Perfect!

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals, this ranks at the top of the list! We spent a month here. The 2 bedroom allowed for some visits from family for part of the time, along with some alone time for us as a couple. Everything was exactly as pictured! Very clean and all the amenities to make us feel right at home. Martin & Mary were exceptional hosts! Great communication from start to finish. They went over and above in so many areas to ensure our stay was fabulous. They never initiated communication when we were here, but always responses immediately to any questions or needs that we had. The grill quit working halfway thru our stay and they delivered a new grill within 2 days! We hope to return soon!

Loved the place. Grocery store within walking distance. The place was very clean and inviting. Loved the fact that the place was well supplied with essentials, bath supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies. So many times when using vrbo the supplies are minimal. We really enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course. The beds were comfortable and the linen supplies plentiful. Nice layout. Would stay again. Host very resposive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable and had many thoughtful amenities. Local shops were close and accessible. Being on the golf course felt very peaceful and we saw a lot of wild life. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Kitchen was fine— all things that we needed were there. Tge cabinets were high so, both of us being short, had a little trouble getting glasses, etc. But nothing to do about that. We didn’t have a chance to use pool so cannot evaluate that.

This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a close up view of a lovely golf course. No A/C, but fans in every room and two standing fans to cool the area. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtfully supplied a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, and even a beach umbrella! There is a nice grill, tables and chairs for enjoying the back lanai. The only thing that would make it better is if the groundskeepers didn't have to start tending the grounds so early in the morning, but that is not the owners fault. The view is gorgeous, and you can watch the sunset from the living room window. That view is probably due to all of that groundskeeping! I would recommend this property to others, and would happily stay here in the future. The owners were very responsive any time I texted to ask a question.

Perfect home base

This condo is very clean and has high quality furniture and amenities. I loved watching the sunrise and sunset with the turkeys and other exotic birds right on the golf course. I was extremely comfortable and well rested which made adventuring in Hawaii enjoyable. The host was very friendly and her little touches made the house feel like a home. Thank you!

Wonderful condo Waikoloa Village

The Condo is very clean and well equipped. A short walk to the grocery store and drive to the beaches along the coast.The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.Would highly recommend.
