Gorgeous 2 bedroom with loft villa with Private Beach Access

Up one flight of stairs (16 steps), you will enter a beautiful open concept living space. The living area has upgraded bamboo floors, cozy couch and love seat, and a 56 inch wall mounted HiDef smart tv that allows access to your streaming accounts. High speed internet, 5G WiFi, granite countertops, and a new, extra large capacity washer and dryer are in the unit. While air conditioning is provided, opening the windows provides excellent cross ventilation.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, with a new dishwasher and refrigerator in the unit. There is a Nespresso Pixie Machine (compatible with the Nespresso original line system pods), as well as a conventional drip coffee maker. The dining area seats 4, with additional seats (4) at the kitchen counter, and 4 seats at the outdoor teak table on the lanai.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath with twin vanities, shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be combined as a king upon request. Both main floor bedrooms have flat screen smart TV’s. There is a roomy loft upstairs with 2 twin beds and a futon for lounging. The loft does not have a bathroom, and is open to the first floor living space.
The garage has plenty of beach gear available for use, including chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel equipment.

There is a private "owner's beach " (approximately 1.4 miles away from the condo) with various water activities.
As our guest at this private beach club, you will have access to the lounge chairs and cabanas. There is also a salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and newly-equipped workout room at the Golf Villas complex. It is a short walk away from the villa. If your schedule permits, make sure to attend the monthly Twilight Celebration of Hawaiian culture, which is held on Saturdays when the moon is full. In addition Mauna Lani Resort is just a short drive away from several spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach (voted the #1 beach in the U.S.A. by trip advisor in 2022) and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
In full disclosure, our programmable thermostat is set at a low of 72 degrees (F). Should you wish for it to be cooler, an additional daily fee will apply. However, most renters have found the unit to be comfortable with the natural cooling effect of the trade winds.

A few other notable things to mention:
-If you are training for triathlons, the Lavaman, the Ironman 70.3, and the Ironman World Championships are all nearby.
-Golf carts can be rented and are permitted on all roads within the Mauna Lani Resort area.
-Keyless entry to villa and garage with door codes, great for groups with differing agendas.
