Open plan d'étage, avec cuisine entiÚrement équipée, et les appareils haut de gamme. Grand salon avec cheminée et de nombreux siÚges pour vos invités. Spacieuse salle à manger voûtée avec baies vitrées de vues à couper le souffle donnant sur la grande terrasse adapté pour manger en plein air avec barbecue au gaz. The perfect location and great space

Kari was an excellent host; easy to reach and very efficient communicating. Her home is tastefully furnished, offers abundant space and an ideal configuration for accommodating several families. The location is perfect, as it's centrally located just minutes from town, the beaches and harbors. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend the property to anyone seeking an enjoyable experience in Montauk.

Serene Getaway with ALL the Comforts of Home

Can't say enough good things about our stay here - it was without a doubt, our home away from home. Everything from the comfy beds, to the stocked kitchen (with every appliance you'll need) to the spacious living arrangements on every floor providing plenty of room to just 'escape.' The views of the golf course are amazing, and the deck is the perfect place for entertaining family and friends. Kari and Denis were easygoing, accommodating and very responsive - the perfect hosts. I highly recommend this property and very much look forward to renting from them again!

Second year in a row!

This was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful home overlooking the Montauk Downs. The house still feels brand new and was very clean. It was a great fit for us (7 adults and 2 children). Our hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and probably will!

Great vacation beach house

Our family had an awesome time at this house. The house was meticulous and comfortable and was well stocked with anything you could possibly think of. The location is great, close enough to walk to town, short ride to the docks, beautiful view of the golf course. We would love to stay in this house again!

Comfortable and Clean

My family and I (husband, 2 young daughters) arranged a last-minute week in Montauk. The owner was very accommodating with our request to stay thursday-thursday and very responsive in general. She greeted us at the house when we arrived to show us everything, and had included lovely touches as well (toiletry baskets, bottle of wine, cupcakes from local baker). The house was immaculate, well-stocked and very well-organized. It had a beautiful view of the golf course (watch out for golf balls!). We would return in a heartbeat!

Exceeded all our expectations!

Just last week, our family returned from a much needed respite in Montauk. We used to vacation in Montauk years ago, and we were eager to revisit this beautiful destination. This property was amazing in every way. It rates A+ in cleanliness, A+ in accessibility, A+ in location, and an A+ in how well appointed it is. We felt at home and comfortable. From the youngest and newest member of the family (9 weeks old) to the eldest (89 years old), each one of us simply loved it and cannot wait to return. The owners, Kari and Denis, are perfectly wonderful to work with and provided exquisite accommodations. They happily attended to every detail of our trip along the way. This place is a treasure and we are absolutely planning to return.

Beautiful new home with lots of space and very accommodating hosts!

My family stayed here in Montauk in early August and we were blown away by how beautiful this brand new and super clean house was. Our hosts were very accommodating; they not only were there to greet us when we arrived, but they made sure we had everything we needed! We really enjoyed that all seven of us could easily all sit together outside on the huge deck overlooking the Montauk Downs and have dinner together. Also, the common areas of the house were spacious and allowed us room to spread out as well. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very close in proximity to downtown and the beaches. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Kari and her family for really ensuring that we had all that we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

Family summer vacation

My family could not have been happier with the house. The online description and photos were accurate. The house is brand new, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for a family. We even had our puppy with us. The deck outside overlooking the golf course was beautiful. The outside shower after a day at the beach was just perfect. There is just a 1 mile walk to town, and all the Montauk has to offer in terms of beaches, restaurants etc makes for a very relaxing break from it all. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return to this property as well as recommend to our friends and families.

Beautiful Home

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home that overlooks the golf course. It has all the bells and whistles needed to feel completely comfortable. The home is furnished beautifully.It is minutes away to all stores, restaurants and beaches. The owners are wonderful and accommodating. I am looking forward to coming back next summer.

Kari & Denis Shea built this home after they moved back to Montauk (Kari's home town) when Denis finished with a career in the military and they were expecting their first child. They wanted to be close to family and new they wanted to raise their children in Montauk because of all of the benefits this small beach town has to offer. Now with 3 small kids they are happy they made the move. Denis started his new career as a police officer for East Hampton Town Police Department and Kari works as an Emergency room nurse at Southampton Hospital. They are happy to share their little piece of Montauk with the right renters and hope you enjoy their town as much as they do.
