Magnifiquement rénové maison de plage sur un bloc privé à Ditch Plains ......... Marcher à la plage !!!!!!

Maison dispose de 3 grandes terrasses extérieures, douche extérieure, salle à manger en plein air, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains récemment rénovées et 2 grandes salles de séjour avec grande salle expansive qui mène à une grande terrasse extérieure. Marchez jusqu'au fameux East Deck et Ditch Plains Beach où vous pourrez vous essayer au surf et au paddleboard. Récemment rénové avec l'air central partout.

Wonderful Ditch Plains

This is our 3rd year at this property. We so look forward to coming every year. The owners are fantastic to work with. The house is always clean and ready for our stay. See you again next year!

Fantastic cozy house with great location!

Stayed in this wonderful little house during a friends/family trip to Montauk. Great location, quiet idyllic neighborhood street, 5-7 minute ride to town, and short walk to the beach. Four nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, two full bathrooms that provided everything we needed, newly renovated and spacious downstairs living/dining rooms and great kitchen and front porch, great loft / family room upstairs, with wonderful deck of the front, and private back yard with deck, grass to play games, etc. Communication and response was perfect and Sal couldn’t have been a kinder and more helpful host. If your coming to Ditch Plains / Montauk, and looking for a perfectly cozy place, stay here!

Beautiful House and Great Location in Montauk

The house looked so much better in person than it did on the photos. It has definitely been upgraded (which the photos don't show) and it was a pleasant surprise when we got there. There is another patio area with a grill and outdoor seating and dinning in the back that we weren't expecting and it was perfect for the evenings. It is also a short walk to Ditch Plains beach, where the food truck is. Made it so much easier not to worry about parking and permits. The owner was really sweet, responsive and accommodating to our group of 10. I will def go back to this property on my next vacation to Montauk.

Ideal location for Ditch Plains beach

Nice place, online description is accurate. Easy walk to Ditch Plains beach (10 minutes to closest section). The upstairs living room is very attractive and roomy, downstairs dining/living is also very roomy. Kitchen was well equipped. Very clean. Nice porches front and back. The only minor negative is bathrooms are rather small without much storage space and one was downstairs, which was little awkward for 4 people, but manageable. Neighborhood is very quiet.

Great first stay in Montauk

We had an enjoyable time in Montauk. The house was great for our family of 4. The kids had their own rooms and the open kitchen allowed me to keep an eye on them. We picked up dinners and brought our own breakfast and lunches so it was great having a lot of dishes and utensils and a dishwasher. The upstairs living room was huge and beautiful. The washer/drier was a huge help. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and easy with our stroller. The food truck there was nice but the line moves pretty slowly. The beach was longer than I expected. We spent a lot of time there. Really beautiful. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and we enjoyed seeing bunnies and deer on evening walks. Thanks Sal, we're glad we came across your listing.

Montauk getaway

Enjoyed our stay very much. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Beach was short walk away and few miles to town. 4 bedrooms didn’t include master but they were decent size. Kitchen was well outfitted. Decks were spacious and comfortable. Even had corn hole game that we set up in yard and enjoyed. 3rd bathroom is an outdoor shower spigot so I suppose with larger groups 2 bathrooms may be little limited. Would return. Great house.

Amazing Stay!

There was a group of 8 of us (4 couples) that came to stay as we had a friend getting married at Gurneys. The location was amazing, and the pictures don’t do it justice! The back yard was gorgeous, and we really had everything we needed. The beds were large enough, and everything was incredibly clean. We had no issues with spotty internet either, which I know can be a problem in Montauk- two of us were able to do a remote work day. I couldn’t thank them enough, it was quiet and secluded but close enough to town and food. A local pizza place even delivered to us Thursday night of our stay. Highly recommend!!

Montauk Getaway!

Our stay in Ditch Plains couldn't have been better! The house was perfect for our group of 6, and we particularly enjoyed spending time in the great room on the second floor. The lighting was great for taking photos during the day and the perfect place for our group to spend the evening. Sal was very responsive and made our check-in seamless. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and a boogie board which we used a lot, and there was even a full bag of ice and inserts for us to use in our coolers that we brought to the beach. The house itself was perfect and had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was a memorable vacation for all of us, and I hope that we will be able to return one day.

Perfect stay, minutes walk to the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Sal was responsive and answered any questions we had, the house was clean and the place is better than pictured! Lots of outdoor seating areas and all in all a perfect spot for my family. We hope to return soon!

Highly recommend this Ditch Plains getaway!

It can be hard to find a good house to rent in Montauk- but we would highly recommend this property. Sal was a pleasure to work with, and the house is even better than the photos show. It's within walking distance to the beach and only a 5 min. drive into town. The house comes equipped with more than you would usually get in a house rental and was extremely clean. Highly recommend and we plan to rent again next summer.

Montauk 2021

We enjoyed our stay at this property, 6/26/21 - 7/2/21. House was well equipped and nicely appointed. House was spacious enough for everyone to spread out. TV was wonkie but we didn't really need it. We didn't see directions how to operate. Owner was responsive with an issue we had. The area is quiet. It was a nice walk to the beach. We were disappointed that the house didn't come with a parking pass. Would have liked to have a car at the beach for us older folk. The walk was okay, it was carrying the chairs, etc., especially back home. Little ones wouldn't have minded a ride back home, either. The beach was being replenished 2 days of our stay. It forced us to find another beach. We went to Hither Hills State Park. $10.00 per car but very worth it. Large beach, showers, bathrooms, great playground. About a 10-15 minute drive from the house. We didn't do much in the yard because of the Tick warning in the Check-in Info we received from the owner less than 24 hrs before we arrived. We used the deck in the back but didn't let the kids in the grass. I would definitely recommend this house and we would rent again if returning to Montauk.

Amazing house in a great location!

Spent 5 days at the property with some friends and family. The property is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and clean with a large yard and great outdoor space. The owner was very kind and communicative. Absolutely amazing stay and already looking forward to booking again!

Great location

We very much enjoyed the house and its location, walking distance to Ditch plains. Owner is very responsive and very nice. We were granted a late check-out since the weather hadn’t been so good except for the last day of our stay. Only downside was the fact that the house is not equipped with a dishwasher which was a bit of extra work for 8 people and without being able to eat outside due to to the bad weather.

Summer stay in paradise

My family and I rented this home at the end of august for a one week vacation. The house was perfect. It had all the necessary amenities. The decks were gorgeous. The property owner was great in communicating. The best part was the location. It was on a quiet street that was within walking distance of ditch plains which is a gorgeous beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very accomodating

We had to cancel our stay due to a death in the family and the owner was completely understanding and more than willing to work with us to stay a different weekend.

Perfect Montauk Beach house!

From the moment we walked in we loved it. The house was immaculate and came with everything you would need and more in a Montauk house (Beach Chairs, Cornhole, Boogie Boards and more). There were so many areas of the house to enjoy. From one to deck to another and a quaint backyard, we used it all. It was a beautiful and short walk to Ditch Plains and a quick drive to town. The owner was amazing to work with, extremely professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We absolutely recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect MTK Getaway

Stayed at this beautiful house for ~4 days. It was PERFECT. A few minutes walk to a gorgeous beach. Large open kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, ample indoor and outdoor lounging space (living room, terrace/patio, and a deck). There was a gas grill and cute string lights. The host really made us feel at home and made the check-in process easy. We had a question and the host was available and friendly. Would love to come stay again.

Perfect Ditch Plains Getaway

We had a perfect stay in this great beach house! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The home was immaculately clean, the kitchen updated, and there was ample room for our party of 7. We especially loved the sitting room upstairs and the large kitchen table where we all could enjoy a meal together. There were clean linens and towels, and outdoor games to use. The deck space was great, also. The best part was the 10 minute walk to my favorite beach in Earth. We love Montauk and visit often. My family’s favorite beach is Dutch Plains. We can watch the surfers, walk and walk and walk, swim, boogie board, and body surf. We also loved that this home was a quick drive to the docks, to Montauk County Park (where we drove on the beach with our county permit), Shadmoor State Park, the Lighthouse, and town. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

Great House, Great Location

8 of us stayed for a weekend in August - couldn’t have been a better stay. House is comfortable for 8 people, plenty of outdoor space, and less than 10 min walk to Ditch Plains. Highly recommend!
