Thank you for letting us stay! We had a beautiful weekend celebrating our best friend getting married. Lighting is great, view is amazing. Everything clean and easy. Provided shampoo conditioner soap toilet paper paper towels & everything you need.

Just right for the weekend!

We were in town for a wedding weekend and the house was perfect for our party of 5. This is a fantastic location and the easement to Lake Montauk is extra sweet!

Loved this house

We spent a long weekend here in July and the house was in the perfect location and was perfectly low key. Would definitely rent again. Only complaint is that the mattresses were not very comfortable.

Girls MTK trip

I stayed here with 6 of my girl friends and we had the best time! The house was exactly as pictured and in a great location. We loved having dinner on the deck and enjoying the sunset. Tabatha made the check in/check out process seamless and answered any questions we had promptly. We would definitely come back!

New Years Rental

We rented this house for the week between Xmas and New Years as a family of three. Some of the positive attributes were 1) The house was very clean 2) The Agent was very responsive with communication 3) We could park our car very near to the entrance making it easy to load in /out 4) We loved finding several deer on the property throughout our stay . (5) Nice large LCDs throughout the house. Some of the negative factors were about lots of small details about the property that were lacking (1) The upstairs shower didn't drain properly (2) The lock to the sliding glass door was broken (3) Several of the electrical outlets in the living room did not have power (4) The bunk beds were unstable and had to be fastened to the wall by a handyman during our stay. (5) Chains to open the window shades were broken (6) The downstairs shower is so small and uncomfortable that the adults didn't want to use it. (7) The kitchen was not very well appointed for cooking a nice dinner for a group of people. etc. All in all we had a nice stay and Tabitha was available to address any issues, but I question the value for the money. We will probably come back to Montauk in the summer but I don't think that we would rent this house again.

Great House

The house was great and clean however it needs to be updated. Many walls have paint peeling off in large chucks. One of the stovetop burners did not work. The downstairs shower is small but totally usable. The biggest complaint is that the sleeper couch/futon was a very unfordable looking futon in a garage that did not have AC. We ended up not using that room since it was 80+ degrees out. The host was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would book again!
