Coming from the town of Lucignano travelling along a charming road among the hills dividing the Valdichiana from the Senese area you will find this wonderful and comfortable Villa, just 2km away from the town.
The estate, set on a hill covered by olive trees, enjoys a beautiful view over the wild woods surrounding it.
The villa has been recently refurbished in order to guarantee its guests a pleasant and comfortable stay. The renewal has been accomplished in the respect of nature, as the estate endows a ventilated roof, solar panel for hot water, double water system for drinking water and rainwater recovery, photovoltaic system to produce electricity.
The villa is on two floors and consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster, coffee machine, furthermore a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (suitable for the disabled), a room with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and a toilet, all on the ground floor.
The kitchen leads outside to a beautiful veranda, for outdoor meals.
On the first floor there are a double bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi bathtub, 2 rooms with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower each, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
At client’s disposal: swimming pool (9x4.5m, open May-Sept), garden furniture, air conditioning, sat-tv, HI Fi, hair dryer, washing machine, barbecue.
Lucignano is a beautiful medieval village with a peculiar oval planimetry and concentric alleys, it worth a visit. The small museum is full of precious items and the beautiful church of San Francesco dating back to the XIV century is accessible to the public here you can find Bartolo di Fredi’s frescos.
Thanks to its position, it is the perfect location to visit Siena (45km), Arezzo (28km), Cortona (30km), Montepulciano (25km), Pienza (30km) and Montalcino (35km).
Included gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi.
