Beautiful villa situated in an extremely panoramic position surrounded by greenery in the peace and quietness of the Siena countryside. Perfect for anybody who wants to enjoy the beauty and quietness the place could offer. Only 4 km far there is the town of Torrita di Siena, ancient fortified castle guarding Siena's southern borders. Today the village is a modern town endowed with all stores and services you might need and offers interesting folk and cultural events throughout the whole year.

Ground Floor: large living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with shower, room with billiards and table football, two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower. In the annex next to the swimming pool and the tennis court there is a room with a washing machine.
First floor: entrance from an external stone staircase with panoramic loggia. Spacious kitchen-dining room with large fireplace, four double bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower.

The villa is surrounded by a large, completely fenced green area where there is a fenced pool, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, a children's play area and a gazebo equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, where it will be very pleasant. have lunch outdoors, admiring the suggestive panorama.
Interesting excursions can be planned in the nearby towns of Montepulciano 10 km, Pienza 16 km, Cortona 30 km and Siena 50 km. The road to reach the house (about 3 km) is not asphalted and has some sections with a marked slope. The furnishings of the house, made with Tuscan-style furniture, are very nice and comfortable.
