In just a few steps, you can reach the Duxeralmbahn, which takes you directly to the 143 kilometers of slopes in the Zillertal Arena.
Thanks to its layout, this apartment offers plenty of peace and retreat options for up to 8 people.
If you have little or no experience on the slopes, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school in the Filzstein district. You can rent the perfect equipment for this right next to our office at Intersport Patterer.

In the summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate a quiet environment, you're in the right place in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
