One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bath tub with a combination of a shower and bide. This south-east-facing bedroom has built in wardrobes and enjoys an access to the same large terrace as the living room. The second bedroom is north-east-facing and also has built-in wardrobe and a side terrace. Another separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The urbanization is a safe and gated community with spectacular and maintained gardens.In the summer months the residents and guests can enjoy a large outdoor community pool from 01/07 to 15/09 only. Just a few steps away one can find itself on the beach and its fabulous beach restaurant open all year round.
