Dealing with roaches, unclean conditions, and ongoing odor issues is unacceptable, and no guest should have to experience that. It’s even more upsetting to hear that these were long-standing problems that should have been addressed before your arrival. It’s also very frustrating to hear that you reached out to Vacasa multiple times and received little to no response or resolution. When serious health and safety concerns are raised, such as mold, pest infestations, and unsanitary conditions. A quick and effective response is the minimum that should be expected. It’s incredibly disappointing that this did not happen in your case. Our local team has refunded you for the inconvenience you have encountered during your stay.
