Welcome to Galveston Island known for its beaches and rich history. Galveston offers many attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park and Moody Gardens where glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys and other animals. Visit the historical Galveston Pleasure Pier with shops, restaurants, arcade and amusement rides all out over the ocean. There is a train museum and two WWII ship museums at Seawolf Park. Johnson Space Center,
mission control, is twenty minutes away. Lastly Galveston hosts one of the largest historical districts in the country. The Strand District has the largest collection of early 19th Century commercial architecture anywhere in the United States. The city also hosts a half dozen or more of famous Victorian Style mansions open to the public. Come play, relax and enjoy the rich history.

Front row seats to the epic Galveston sunrises and sunsets. Inside the home is an open floor plan, utility closet, 1/2 bath and mud room on the main floor. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms & 2 baths.
The primary bedroom has a private covered deck, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with tile surround shower & double vanities. Throughout the home you will find custom window treatments, tile flooring, recessed lighting, crown molding, modern finishes & designer hardware Beachside Village community is a community close to the Seawall, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. This home is just a short walk to the beach and dune walkover.
Ring doorbell and outside cameras on main and master deck are in use.
Kayaks not for use. 150.00 fee if house key is not put back after stay.
NO TRAILERS of any kind.
Base rate is for 2 People. Extra guest fees apply after that.

Beach Time with Grandsons

This was a perfect beachhouse. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with dishes, pots and pans, knives and any device you would need. The linens were new, fluffy and fresh. Close to Galveston yet quiet. Will definitely come back if invited!

Great Location and All the Conveniences

I love Beachside Village and the connecting beaches, north and south. Its less busy than the fishing pier and downtown areas, but close enough for convenience. The house has plenty of room and provides all the conveniences you will need. The owner is prompt and courteous, but there were no issues at all.

Fantastic Beach House for Family

The house was clean, modern, and had all the things for a nice stay. The walk to the beach was quick, and the view of the beach from all of the patios at the house were great. We have stayed in this area for 5 years in a row, and this was our absolute favorite homes yet.

Nice Development and Great Access to Beach and Town

I love the Beachside Development, the great beach access and the close proximity to town. The house is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. No detail was missed and my stay was very comfortable.

Amazing!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was myself, my husband and two boys (3 and 5 years old). The house was completely furnished with everything we needed to cook dinners each night, very spacious and clean! Because we have 2 small kids, we of course timed the walk to the beach - 3 mins and 40seconds was our average time lol even with a 3 year old! Larry was fantastic to communicate with. Would 100% stay here again.

Great House for a Family Vacation for Memorial Day Weekend!

Larry was very prompt in answering questions before stay. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Home had all the amenities and well stocked. Very Spacious for 6 people and close walk to the beach. Home was very warm, inviting and clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again:)

Beautiful place, very close to the beach

This modern place was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped—we didn’t miss a thing. We had a great week here. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, especially with young kids. Communication via text was easy, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. They even ordered new beach toys for our kids before we arrived. We will likely go to Galveston again next year, and this place is at the top of our list.

No worries!

We hit the jackpot with this beautiful home with close beach access just an easy two block walk away. Clean, quiet, comfortable and a great kitchen. Master bath/shower are fantastic. Has outdoor shower as well. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The area is secure with a security guard patrolling from time to time. Wasn't blown away by the two local restaurants we went to (Coopers and Nates Westend) but we've had much worse. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could!

Loved it!

Our stay was amazing for the price. A few things to keep in mind:the patio is by the road so you hear cars passing when sitting outside, the bed we slept in was low quality, no hose for outside but there was a shower and there are no TV’s in the bedrooms. However, the houses supplied a lot in the kitchen. Make sure to bring toilet paper. If you are wine lovers like us, they had all the different wine glasses. We love the neighborhood and the easy walk to the beach.

This place is very modern, close to the beach, and well-equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils and beach gear, including wagons, beach chairs, and kids’ toys. We stayed here for the second year in a row and can highly recommend both the place and its host. Communication with Larry was easy—he responded very quickly.

I am hard to please yet this property blew my mind. This is a new build with two very powerful ac units. Clean, well appointed (every glass cup and cooking implement a full-time household could need), all of the beach stuff, except sand castle toys, and much closer than a so-called short walk to the beach--also there is a boardwalk, instead of stairs for easy access. It is also about a 6 minute drive to all of the kid stuff we wanted to do like go karts, mini golf, and the movie theater. I know people often state in a review that they will be back, but seriously we will be back. I think that this would be a nice place to host Thanksgiving, as our house is not as nice as this rental, or to just pop in in the summer like we did.
