Simple, cosy apartment ideally located in a beautiful development with a communal pool. It is located above the bay of Cala Santanyí, about 300 meters from the sandy beach.The entrance leads into a short hallway, with the American kitchen on the left and both double bedrooms on the right. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The hallway leads into the cosy living-dining room, designed for 4 people. The front covered terrace overlooks the pool area with the straw parasols and the surrounding garden. Here you can sit comfortably and relax. There are also two deck chairs and a parasol and also an electric grill. The bedrooms both have a 180 x 200cm double bed and built-in wardrobes as well as a fan each. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace.A children's playground is right next to the community area, as are parking spaces. The sandy beach of Cala Santanyí, a popular small family bay, can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. In Cala Santanyí there is a small supermarket and several attractive restaurants. During the winter, however, you have to go to Santanyí to shop and eat.The final cleaning costs €96 and is charged separately, as is the obligatory tourist tax.
