Magnifique propriété réunissant beauté du cadre et services experts

Notre choix c’est d’abord fait par la qualité des photos, de la rédaction de l’offre et de ses précisions. Le séjour commença part un accueil professionnel « d’Alexa ». Présentation et visite des lieux concis et apportant une touche personnelle sur nos attentes. La possibilité de joindre Alexa 24h/24 répondit à 2 questions et les réponses furent suivies d’effet immédiat (précision faite que nous n’entendions pas prendre notre « Conciergerie » pour répondre bien souvent à des besoins ou des questionnement futiles que nombre d’hôtes ne se gênent pas de poser…) Nous avons utilisé les divers espaces pour profiter des vues en fonction des repas, baignade, repos etc. Cette propriété est vivante tant elle répond à tous les besoins des vacanciers : cuisine équipée avec un nécessaire très complet tant en équipement ménager que service de table ; des jeux très divers pour tous y compris table de ping-pong. Les espaces nuits sont très bien lotis tant en qualité de literie que leurs dispositions dans l’ensemble architectural. Enfin, la diversité des plantations méditerranéennes apporte la touche exceptionnelle à ce lieu de villégiature. Merci au propriétaire de cet merveille et au plaisir de revenir nous ressourcer.

Super place for the autumn holidays: the house was well prepared and spacious, weather perfect.

We are recurrent guests and over the years Es Maressos kept its high standard if not increased its attraction. The owners definitely manage to improve things for the comfort or the pleasure of their guests. The location hasn't changed and remain the main asset of Es Maressos.

This place is UNIQUE

We stayed two weeks in this lovely house and had the most relaxing time ever. As this were our first time in Mallorca, we were amazed how, going on the other side of the world wouldn't be more efficient to cut from our stressful life. This place is not one of those soulless villa you could find everywhere. It's the most locally designed house, build out of tech wood and marble of the island. It a place filled with charm and in total symbiosis with the nature. We truly felt this place was built with love over generations. Moreover, the quality of pretty much everything in the house has nothing to be afraid from any palace hotel. We used to walk everyday down to the sea just in front of the house to swim and eat right after the freshest food from the divine local market. If you like walking, Mallorca hides treasures everywhere and it's really worth discovering the Island. My only regret was not to get a blood test and see my doctor's reaction when I came back ! I must say that the owners where incredibly caring and sweet, giving us advice about excellent restaurants and activities. They truly know it ! I would finally advice that, if you would like to avoid the season's peek, spring in Mallorca is dreamy, with all the almond trees covered with flowers and in autumn the light turn gold and it is probably one of the best moment to enjoy the place. The heated pool makes it enjoyable almost all year round ! A big thank you for this magical stay ! P&B

Idyllic waterside stay in dream location

We stayed two weeks at Es Maressos last summer with our four young children aged 2 months to six years and we all loved it. The house couldn't have been more welcoming, charming, tidy and practical. Everything had been thought out with the utmost care. The contemporary open kitchen was super functional, and allowed the cook to enjoy the party while keeping an eye on dinner. The bathrooms were comfortable and light. The antique four poster beds were a dream and the bedding, ultra luxurious. As for the infinity pool, it was just gorgeous and.... the view! We could have stayed for hours just lazing around looking at the view either from the pool, the ultra romantic tower suite or the various terraces and gardens. Needless to say, our plans to visit the island had to be reviewed as we simply didn't want to leave the property. The beach was lovely and just a short walk away. The children loved it and their post holiday stories were filled with excitement and amazement at their "swim in the deep sea". We'd taken them down to the sea just under the house to view the "Pontas" a rock formation creating an arch in the sea just in front of the house. After their swim, they dried in the sun and played for hours in the tiny rock pools. This part of the island was also great for fantastic food. We found countless wonderful little restaurants thanks to the owners. Their knowledge of the island is faultless. They love Mallorca and went out of their way to make us feel the same even taking us out for a wonderful ride on their boat. And how could we not love it? On various occasions we would unexpectedly stumble up upon an incredible monastery, or a town fete or the return of the fishing boats to the port, with the fishermen unloading the day's catch. And then, there were the endless games of hide and seek in the garden, the scooter races around the house and the hours of fun playing in the sand and pool. The children filled their holiday journals with countless drawings of their experiences and stories to recount to their friends in school. It reminded me of the Mallorca I knew as a little girl when I visited the island with my grandparents. Those summers were magical and I am sure our children will feel the same. As for us, we were actually able to relax, knowing they were all perfectly safe, and having a wonderful time. We will definitely try to go back. Many many thanks!

worst ever

We are responsible and respectful people, but this experience was deeply disappointing. The photos were highly misleading, and the service was a disaster. The owners were stingy and falsely accused us of damaging the property, then made unfair deductions from our deposit. When we raised concerns, they suddenly claimed they had found something “illegal” in the house—without ever explaining what. It felt like a dishonest excuse to avoid accountability.The house was made with cheap materials, lacked proper cooling (it became extremely hot), and was full of mosquitoes. None of us have ever smoked, yet we were accused of burning “exclusive” blankets with cigarettes. Shockingly, we later discovered that cameras had been installed in the bedrooms, which is completely unacceptable.It was clear they needed the money but resented having guests. They were not hospitable and treated us with suspicion and contempt. We had been recommended this site, but this stay turned into a huge disappointment and a waste of our time.Final advice: avoid this place at all costs. Low standard, appalling treatment, and possibly criminal behavior. I’m open to further dialogue if needed, but I strongly urge others to stay away.

Es Maressos: A little slice of heaven!

The location of this beautiful home is just simply jaw-dropping, gorgeous. To be able to relax and swim in the pool while overlooking the sea and bustling activity is sublime. The home was in excellent condition and the communication with the host, Len, was timely and efficient. He or the house staff responded quickly to any small issues we needed to be addressed. We truly enjoyed our stay at this very special property.

Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit. Das Haus ist toll gelegen- ruhig mit viel Privatsphäre, aber auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß nach Cala Santanyi . Ein wunderschöner Ausblick, Haus super ausgestattet ( in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst) und alles war blitzesauber! Vielen Dank- wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Familie Hoppe

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, Cala Santanyi und ein kleiner Spar in Laufnähe und die Ausblicke von den Terrassen sind traumhaft. Hier kommt man richtig zum Entspannen! Die Betreuung vor Ort und der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer sind hervorragend und sehr nett, vielen Dank an Beide! Eigentlich dürfte ich dieses Idyll garnicht weiterempfehlen, sonst wird es noch schwieriger für mich einen freien Slot zu buchen ;) @the owner: in your description of the house there are 4 bathrooms mentioned in the main house, we have actually seen only 3 bathrooms. We were fine with 3 and didn’t need a 4th bathroom in the end, but maybe that’s of interest for your description. Best wishes and greetings from Germany

Fabulous place - we'll be back... again!

This was not our first time at Es Maressos. We love it! The house is gorgeous and wonderfully appointed. The owners made certain that our every need was seen to and took great care in making sure the house was best prepared to welcome you. This house is a labour of love for them and their attention to detail permeates everything. We had not returned for a while and this time, we were delighted to see that as in previous years, our stay was even better than the last. The owners, who are both very house proud, are painstakingly continually looking for things to improve. This time, we found not only one but two brand new kitchens, the first which we mostly used, was indoors and offered 180 degree views over the pool and vista, allowing me to prepare meals or lingering over lunch all the while looking after the children in the pool. This is a wonderful getaway - whether you are coming with your family or friends - it simply doesn't get any better. After trying some of the wonderful restaurants Len and Agnes recommended, after a visit to the local market and organic food stores, we actually preferred to stay at Es Maressos - the view is unparalleled. Highly highly recommend staying at Es Maressos! We certainly hope to go back....that, I guess, says it all....

Private, premium quality and relaxing

We were two families that enjoyed the house very much during 2 weeks. The location is great. Easy access to restaurants and the beach of Cala Santanyui but still private with and easy to just stay at the house relaxing, enjoying the pool and diving off the cliffs just below the house. We did not miss anything in the house and everything was of premium quality. The hosts were easy, attentive and everything went smooth during our stay.

Atemberaubend!

In einer der schönsten Gegenden auf Mallorca mit traumhaften Stränden liegt das bezaubernde Anwesen Es Maressos, wo wir eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche verbringen durften. Es fällt einem schwer, sich nicht in die atemberaubende Weitsicht über dem Meereshorizont zu verlieben. Auf der Terrasse neben dem einladenden Infinity Pool haben wir abends bei einem Glas Wein immer wieder die Aussicht genossen, dem Rauschen des Meeres und dem Zirpen der Grillen zugehört. Das war für uns Entspannung pur! Das Anwesen liegt in einem Naturschutzgebiet und wir fühlten uns sehr privilegiert, für eine Woche Es Maressos als unser Zuhause auf Mallorca nennen zu dürfen. Da uns auch Petrus mit stets sonnigem Wetter bestens gesinnt war genossen wir die angenehme Meeresbrise im Aussenbereich des Anwesens und waren jeweils nur kurz am Strand. Dabei haben wir im Infinity Pool immer wieder eine Abkühlung genossen. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen direkten Zugang (ca. 3 Minuten) zum Meer, wo man herrlich schnorcheln oder für gute Schwimmer auch an den Strand der Cala Llombards schwimmen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, ein toller Mix zwischen alten rustikalen Möbeln aber auch neuen modernen Einrichtungsgegenständen, welche sich sehr harmonisch ergänzen. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Baby da und die Besitzer haben uns ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Sauberkeit im Haus und wir merkten, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gesetzt wird, was natürlich auch für uns mit dem Baby sehr wichtig war. Wir waren jeweils am Markt (Mittwochs- und Samstagsvormittag) im nahegelegenen Santany einkaufen, wo nebst frischem Gemüse auch immer Fisch vom Tagesfang auf unserer Einkaufsliste stand. Die bestens ausgestattete Outdoor-Küche mit der Plancha bot uns eine geniale Infrastruktur bei der Zubereitung von unseren Spezialitäten. Im Dorf gibt es auch einen kleinen Shop der in Gehdistanz (5 Minuten) erreichbar ist, falls doch kleine Besorgungen notwendig waren. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen, in unseren Augen muss es eines der schönsten mietbaren Anwesen auf Mallorca sein. Wir hatten übrigens die Freude, die Eigentümer bei unserer Anreise persönlich kennen lernen zu dürfen. Sie sind sehr nett und herzlich und man spürt, dass dieses Haus aus der Familiengeneration mit viel Liebe gepflegt wird.

Paradies auf Erden - Paradise on Earth

Wir waren für eine Woche mit unseren Kindern sowie deren Kollegen (2E, 5K), alle im Alter zwischen 13-18, in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Villa. In diesem Haus kommt man an und ist sofort in den Ferien angekommen. Die Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit, Aussicht, das wunderschöne Haus selber, der hübsche Garten, lässt einem gleich in den Entspannmodus fallen. In diesem Haus und an diesem Ort haben wir wunderschöne Ferien verbringen dürfen. Der Infinity Pool hat zum Spielen aber auch Relaxen eingeladen. Das angrenzende Meer lädt zum Hineinspringen und Abkühlen ein. Die Terrasse war während dem ganzen Aufenthalt unser Frischluft-Wohnzimmer wo gegessen, Spiele gespielt und Gespräche miteinander bis tief in die Nacht geführt wurden. Das Frühstück, die zahlreichen Mittag- und Abendessen hier auf der Terrasse mit einer traumhaften Aussicht, werden wir in unvergesslicher Erinnerung behalten. Die Kinder wollten gar nie in das nahe gelegene Dorf, da im und um das Haus alles ihren sowie unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Das Haus bietet genügend Möglichkeiten für den Einzelnen auch mal eine private Ecke zu finden (der grosse Garten, die Veranda mit Liegen, die vielen Zimmer, etc.). Das Haus sowie die Küche ist technisch bestens ausgestattet und mit dem vorhandenen Grill wird jeder Mann zum Koch ;-) Ein grosses Dankeschön, dass wir an diesem wunderbaren Ort unsere Ferien verbringen durften! Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful say at Es Maressos. The house let's you know that you are on vacation the moment you arrive. The setting is gorgeous with the cliffs and beautiful blue sea just below. There is also a wonderful infinity pool where you can relax and cool off while enjoying the view. The house is spacious and flowing with plenty of room for an extended stay with family or family and friends. The town and beach are a short walk away and there's a local shop to get any essentials that you need. The location is an easy drive from Palma and also close to many lovely beaches and interesting sites. Santanyi, a quick drive, also offers some excellent restaurants. The owner, Len, was very helpful and responsive, making sure we were all set for our stay. He even recommended a wonderful woman to help cook and babysit. No doubt you would enjoy your time here.

A stunning situation with beautiful views.

Superbly well- maintained and very well equipped. Everything is well thought out and safe! The views from the watchtower are indescribably beautiful. The infinity pool is great .We had a toddler with us and the shelter afforded by the wall together with the gentle steps into the pool made water play safe and easy. There were also lots of children's blow- up toys for the pool . The infinity pool was just lovely .... We all spent many hours gazing out to sea while keeping cool. The terraces were ideal for sunbathing and we had some memorable family meals outdoors. With the beach being only a short walk away it was an ideal situation for us all. I cannot praise this villa enough.... We had a wonderful holiday!
