Good location, well equipped Villa, gr8 hospitality & courtesy

Pros: Extremely well equipped, good location, description and photos are very representative as in what you see is what you get. Owners are courteous and meticulous in preperation even before arrival through to leaving. Can not recommend highly enough. Cons: Honestly all our boxes were ticked in the 'extremely happy' box. However, a couple of nice to haves would be: include all additional expenses (eg. Water/electrics/linens and towels) to rental value, this is Bookiply system issue I think. Also pencive linen lady came in 5 min before the agreed handover time and started walking around the villa while my parents and children where still inside which made us all uneasy. We felt this was a clear invasion of privacy which could have been easily avoided or possibly a minor culture clash and nothing to deter future guest from staying at this brillaint villa.😃😃

Pros: We, family of 4 (two daughters of 8 and 10 yrs) stayed in this beautiful and comfortable house for a long weekend this spring. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded on 3 sides by a natural reserve. Taking your coffee on the porch in the morning, you hear only bird songs and the air smells of pine trees and orange blossom - orange trees flower and bear fruit throughout the year in this area. In spite of this secluded, natural atmosphere, it's only a matter of 5-10 minutes by car before you are on the beach or in town. With its well-equipped kitchen, spacious porch and living room and air-conditioned bedrooms, it's an ideal place to stay for all age groups. As with all houses with a private pool, careful with small children around; still, any steps or such can be easily blocked off if necessary. Having relatively young children, we are still in the habit of double-checking these things! Although relaxing at home in the pool and visiting the coastal areas and beaches around Javea, which is lively without being too crowded, can keep you busy enough, it's only 45 minutes south to Benidorm and about an hour north to Valencia. Concluding, it's an ideal place for either a short break or for the summer holidays.

Pros: The location is perfect, a quit area, still close to the beach and city. A short walk into the forest for beautiful hiking possibilities. All we looked for was in the house, there was nothing missing at all. Very nice interior, great quality furniture, all IKEA quality. So we had a superb holiday. The kids loved the pool, while we enjoyed the reading books and communication on social media through the WIFI installation. I can truly recommend Villa Sundance.

Pros: We visited villa Sundance for the second time. We are a family of 6 P. There was enough space For all of us and good (big) bedrooms/bathrooms. We especially loved the Pool area and the fully equiped kitchen. We hope to come back soon!

Pros: Wij hebben de eerste 2 weken van september 2013 een heerlijke vakantie genoten in Villa Sundance. De villa met verwarmd zwembad is compleet ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en derhalve zeer comfortabel. De beheerder is hartelijk en behulpzaam. De hogere ligging, in een rustige omgeving, biedt mooi uitzicht op onder meer de Montgo. Javea is een gezellige en nog redelijk authenthiek gebleven Spaanse badplaats met een gezellige boulevard en goede restaurants.

Pros: This was our second visit to Villa Sundance. We had seen the forest fires on the news a few weeks before we came out and we were very pleased that all the villas were still standing. The trees that had been burnt were being removed on our visit in the local area and the Forest itself was already showing signs of recovery. Villa Sundance itself was exactly as remembered, and provided a very comfortable stay for our family. Its in a great location, a short drive to the local supermarkets and Arenal. Every thing is well catered for in the villa, all the little luxurious make it a home from home. The villa is on a lovely level plot with astro turf around the pool making a nice safe environment for little ones. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and we look forward to visiting for a third time!. Many thanks, Jason & Family.

Pros: Hebben wederom een heerlijk relaxte vakantie mogen beleven in Villa Sundance. De tweede keer hier en dat is zeker niet tegen gevallen. De schoonmaak is hartstikke goed en Sulay is heel behulpzaam. De aankomst voelt dan ook als thuiskomen. Fijn dat je zo de ruimte hebt en heel groot pluspunt vinden wij het verwarmde zwembad waardoor deze veelvuldig gebruikt is. Hebben niets gemist en de eigenaren doen er alles aan om het iedereen naar zijn-haar zin te maken. Wij hopen weer terug te keren volgend jaar!

Pros: Samen met broer en partner en eigen gezin hier 1 week respectievelijk 2 weken verbleven. Villa is ruim genoeg en is voorzien van alle gemakken. Vooral mijn vrouw die toen 31 weken zwanger was vond de bedden heerlijk en dat ze wat hoger zijn kwam goed uit. Sowieso waren het goede bedden en lang genoeg. De keuken is ook goed voorzien van alle gemakken en genoeg speelgoed voor in het zwembad voor onze dochter. Fijn dat het een gelijkvloerse villa is en dat deze echt heel schoon en fris wordt aangeboden. Het welkom was ook erg warm en men voelt zich er meteen thuis. Dat het zwembad verwarmd is, is ook erg prettig. De omgeving is ook prachtig en met name de rust die er heerst. Het strandje bij Javea is ook echt gezellig en met vele speeltoestellen kunnen de ouders rustig op een terrasje gaan zitten. De omgeving hebben we dit keer niet veel verkend omdat het al bekend terrein was maar voor wie wil is er genoeg in de omgeving te ontdekken. Kortom: wij zijn heel blij dat we van deze villa gebruik hebben mogen maken en hopen er nog eens terug te keren!

Pros: Wij hebben een heerlijk vakantie in Villa Sundance gehad. Het huis en alle aanwezige voorzieningen waren eigenlijk boven verwachting. De inrichting is meer dan compleet. Veel daarvan hebben we niet eens gebruikt, want je leeft voornamelijk in de heerlijke tuin met zwembad en de aangrenzende ruime veranda. Her en der een trapje afgeblokt omdat onze 1 jarige dreumes overal opklimt, maar verder ook goed geschikt voor verblijf met kleine kinderen. Pluspunten: + ruime kavel en voor spaanse begrippen ook heel vlak (weinig trappen) + ruime vertrekken en niet gehorig + alle denkbare voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en veelal zgan + ligging tov fraaie Arenal zandstrand (5 min. met de auto) + kindvriendelijk (kinderbed, kinderstoelen (2x) en zelfs speelgoed aanwezig) + schoon en nieuw zijn kernwoorden + betrouwbare verhuurder (goede communicatie, heldere afspraken en er is een soort van concierge die in de buurt woont) Minpunten: - Het enige dat misschien ontbreekt is een buitendouche Wat verder opviel: - er mogen geen huisdieren in maar de concierge neemt bij eindinspectie wel drie honden mee(?)

Pros: Deze villa heeft alles om heerlijk te ontspannen in je vakantie. Een ochtendduik in het verwarmde zwembad en even opdrogen in de zonovergoten mooi aangelegde tuin op een ligbed, met zingende vogels om je heen. Je kunt je geen beter begin van de dag wensen. Wil je meer onder de mensen dan geeft de boulevard veel mogelijkheden. Het strand is fantastisch voor oud en jong. Supermarkten zijn in de directe omgeving. Je kunt met de auto de omgeving verkennen en genieten van kleine baaien. Kortom de moeite waard om hier te genieten van je lange of korte vakantie.

Pros: Net terug van 2 weken Villa Sundance met ons gezin (3 kids 8/9/10). Een prachtige plek, rustig aan het einde van een nieuwe villa wijk. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht, heerlijke bedden, luxe handdoeken en een keuken waar niks ontbreekt. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig, de kids hebben heerlijk gedoken en gespeeld in het water. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, strand en dorp op +/- 15 autominuten. Onder aan de weg een heerlijk restaurant (Bacchus) op loopafstand. De omgeving is zeer divers, mooie natuur, aardige mensen etc. We hebben een boot gehuurd, kano gevaren, oude stadje bezocht en rotsen beklommen. Kortom graag nog een keer terug naar Villa Sundance, Fam Klarenbeek bedankt voor alle goede zorgen en service.

Pros: The bungalow is beautiful, the garden large and well kept but the best thing was having breakfast on the terrace. The house is fully equipped with al modern amenities so suitable for any length of stay. There even are suggestions of things to do in the area, small maps etc. As I like quiet the location is perfect: next to a nature area. Still it is close enough to the centre of Javea to be able to enjoy all of it's benefits. In all: the perfect place to stay and relax or use as a base of exploring the surroundings.

Het huis was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met de eigenaren en sleuteldame was erg fijn. Wij komen zeker een keer terug met ons gezin.

Wat een geweldige woning! Alles wat je je maar kan wensen is aanwezig. De bedden zijn bij aankomst o

Pros: Wat een geweldige woning! Alles wat je je maar kan wensen is aanwezig. De bedden zijn bij aankomst opgemaakt en voldoende handdoeken zijn beschikbaar, ook voor bij het zwembad. De bedden zijn zeer goed. Er zijn in de ruime tuin en op de overdekte patio diverse zitjes opgesteld zodat je altijd wel een lekker plekje kan vinden om te relaxen of te eten. Ook indien het weer eens wat tegenvalt kan je op de patio nog lang buiten zitten. Maar als je dan toch naar binnen zou moeten dan zijn ook daar comfortabele stoelen en banken aanwezig. Je hebt wel een auto nodig tijdens je verblijf hier maar dan kan je ook alle kanten op. Er is in de omgeving veel te doen. Vanaf het huis is het wel mogelijk om wandelingen te maken in het pijnbomenbos waar je op kijkt. Het (zand)strand van Arenal is op slechts een paar minuten rijden maar ook als je wat verder rijdt zijn er diverse stranden te vinden. Om buiten de deur te eten moet je wel even de auto (of taxi, ca. € 9,00) nemen. Er zijn restaurants genoeg in Javea. Thuis een maaltijd klaar maken is echter ook geen enkel probleem door de volledig ingerichte keuken. Wat ons betreft dus een aanrader!

Pros: Villa SunDance is a beautiful villa in a beautiful area! We loved all the space and quietness. And the comfort, the owners really thought of everything when they furnished the villa. It is great to stay in this villa on this location in javea. We love Javea with the beautiful historic town center and all the beaches to choose from. Especially in this villa we had all that and the location is very strategic with nature all around. We had sometimes a morning or evening walk in the forest next to the villa. The sea nearby with hardly any problem of parking, we went to a sandy beach and to some coves. I have such beautiful memories with the pictures of the sea with of all shades of blue. The children love snorkeling and in the clear water there was a lot to see for them. When we had enough sun and needed to give the skin some rest we went inland for a drive through the traditional villages, the mountains with great views and the wine valleys. The owner was very helpful with tips of things to see or do!

Pros: We loved to stay in the Villa Sundance because it is very well equipped and spacious with a heated pool and very nice garden (the garden is much more beautiful than on the pictures because the plants have grown a lot and are kept in very nice condition). 3 kids (age between 4 and 7) were having fun in the pool or getting around in the garden always when we were not elsewhere. The beds are comfortable, the house was perfectly clean and the hosts are very kind and helpful. El Arenal beach in Javea is very good for families with children because there is no car traffic right next to the beach and the promenade (this is not the case in Benidorm or Villajoyosa for example). Granadella bay is also not far by car and is beautiful.
