Casa Los Ărboles sits above the beautiful valley between JĂĄvea and Denia, looking down from the sides of the Montgo mountain. This a stunning traditional holiday home that seamlessly fuses classic spanish style with modern furnishings and full privacy. This exceptional family retreat, is designed to embrace the beautiful mountain and valley light. Nestled in a peaceful street, itâs just a 15-minute drive from vibrant JĂĄvea, known for its bars, cafes, chiringuitos, restaurants, and sandy Arenal beach. Denia centre and its international boutique shops, traditional old town and medieval castle are around 20 minutes away, and the town of Moraira is easily accessible in 25 minutes.
The villaâs highlight is the sun-drenched 8m x 4m private pool and sun loungers. The property offers modern furnishings, high-quality amenities, and a tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect destination for a sun-soaked family holiday in the JĂĄvea area.
The villa is entered through an electronic gate with keyless keypad entry system that leads into a spacious parking area below the main house and garden. The garden is lined with Mediterranean plants and thick oleander, immediately giving a sensation of privacy, peace and calm. The traditional wooden front pedestrian gate can be accessed from further up the street and opens into a small courtyard with steps up to the main house and pool area.
Through the naya (a covered, open front terrace) which is flooded with light, you will find a dining table for 6 diners and quality lounge furniture for 6 guests. You enter the main level into the open plan living room and kitchen / diner. The living room is an attractive cool space that comes complete with 2 comfortable sofas, air-conditioning and SMART TV with international satellite channels including English, French, Dutch and German services. There is 100mb fibre optic available for guests to use free of charge.
There is a short corridor where you will find 2 bedrooms either side with a bathroom to share in-between. The two bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and one is a twin with 2 single beds and the other is a double with a queen size bed. On the other side of the open-plan living/dining area you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, SMART TV with Chromecast and a modern en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern, well finished and are of a good size. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area and offers plenty of room for preparing meals and sitting while enjoying a coffee or snack. To the side of the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine and dryer as well as another fridge with freezer compartment.
Casa Los Ărboles has the perfect outside space for enjoying a fantastic Mediterranean family holiday. The side of the house opens out to a delightful sun deck down a few steps with beautiful traditional tiled flooring and complete with sunbeds.There are wonderful views of the surrounding hills to enjoy from the pool and the amazing Montgo mountain as a backdrop to the rear. There is a quality gas BBQ for guests to enjoy cooking their favourite foods in the evening sun.
Golf:
Within 5 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of JesĂșs Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
JĂĄvea golf club, between Moraira and JĂĄvea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 30 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

5 minutes away on the Carretera JesĂșs Pobre road is a tennis court which is available for hire from Estrella Lodge.
Other areas to explore: JĂĄvea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jåvea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away and close by is Terra MĂtica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
JĂĄvea Town: JĂĄvea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed JĂĄvea to be âenvironmentally near perfectâ and you can bask in the Costa Blancaâs brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
JĂĄvea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the townâs fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the âMiradorsâ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive of Casa Los Ărboles. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on JĂĄveaâs postcards.
