Located on Whites Creek Road in Diggs, Virginia, this professionally decorated waterfront home offers sweeping Chesapeake Bay views from nearly every room. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise with coffee on the expansive wraparound deck, your afternoons kayaking from your private sandy beach, and your evenings gathered around the fire pit under a sky full of stars.
Inside you`ll find beautifully designed coastal interiors, comfortable living spaces with soaring ceilings, premium mattresses for a restful night`s sleep, and large windows that bring the Bay indoors.
Whether you`re looking for a peaceful family vacation, a couples` getaway, or simply a place to slow down and reconnect with nature, Island Vibes offers everything you need for an unforgettable waterfront escape.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all reservations booked outside of Airbnb. The deposit will be authorized (held) on the credit card used to make the reservation beginning 2 days prior to check-in. If no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified, the hold will be released 2 days after check-out. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the release of funds to become available in your account.
By completing your reservation, you authorize Bay Property Management to place this temporary hold on the payment card provided. If damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other circumstances incurred during your stay, all or a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover those costs, with documentation provided as applicable.
1.Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
2. No parties, events, or large gatherings. These are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
4. Pets are not allowed at this property.
5. Check-in/Checkout: Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Checkout is by 10:00 am unless otherwise approved.
6. Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please respect property lines and do not trespass on neighboring properties or docks.
7. Waterfront access: Guests assume all risk when using docks waterfront areas , and outdoor amenities.
8. Septic system: The home operates on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or dispose of grease or food down drains.
9. Safety: Do not move fire extinguishers, move or disable smoke alarms/detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors.
10. Trash: Guests are responsible for placing trash in designated bins and leaving the home in reasonable condition.
11. Access and security: Do not share door codes or access instructions with anyone not on the reservation. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back entrance points and on the dock for security purposes only. No cameras monitor interior spaces or private guest areas.
12. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture inside or outdoors.
Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges , immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or involvement of Airbnb, VRBO or other platforms.
