Loved this property!

This was a beautiful house and pool, with everything and more that we were looking for to get away from the winter weather up north. Our hostess, Iwona Hofmann, was wonderful and quite attentive to our every need. We had an issue with the dishwasher and she responded to it immediately. I would highly recommend this property and this hostess.

Great home for a family!

Beautiful home, private bedrooms and baths, great space indoors and out. The pool was amazing. It was also great to kayak right from the dock on the canals. We also enjoyed the pool table and large kitchen table for games. I would go back!

Perfect escape

This house was beautifully located on a canal. Loved the large size of the house for our family of 7 and the pool table and other games for my teenage and adult kids. I would totally recommend this house to anyone!

Villa Tropical Island Vacation

We had the great fortune of staying at the Villa Tropical Island for a few days to celebrate our mother-in-law's birthday. To say it was a wonderful experience would be an understatement. From the moment we pulled up, it was clear my wife (who had arranged the rental) had hit a home run. The curb appeal of the house was jaw-dropping; so much so that I had to immediately show off some photos to our friends via social media! Walking through the double doors unveiled an impeccably decorate and well appointed interior. Four master suites with spacious bathrooms. Tons of natural light. Our sons were immediately drawn to the litany of parlor games (billiards, foosball, ping pong, air hockey) while our eyes were drawn like moths to a flame outside to the massive lanai and infinity pool. I personally spent MANY hours over the long weekend luxuriating in the pool and staring off into the great views just RELAXING. We're very lucky to have taken vacations in many places in many parts of the world, and generally rentals have been a positive experience. Yet, it's rare when the rental home approximates how much we love our own home. It's equally rare when the place is so fully equipped that we're not always clamoring to go out and experience other parts of the locale. Well, in this case our experience accomplished both feats. The seven of us literally never left the premises other than for grocery shopping! That was a first. And I had about 20 moments during the trip when I thought, "I would happily own a place like this." The place lacked for NOTHING. In fact, if I had one minor complaint it's that the kitchen was too well stocked! Haha. Trying to figure out which plates to use or which cabinet had the perfect pot/pan was just about the most 'stressful' part of the trip. In all seriousness, the few times we had minor questions (e.g., how to work the remotes), the owners were readily available to answer our questions and were entirely good natured. The checkout process was fair and equitable. We take pride in leaving a place the way we found it, and the owners agreed and closed out our security deposit as promised. We will DEFINITELY be back, sooner rather than later...

CLEAN & AWESOME HOUSE AND LOCATION

We loved The House And Entire property. It is not just a house, it is estate. Wonderful villa layed out Beautifully on a huge lot. Very good location , had great time, house is extremely clean- Definitely will be back

Very nice accommodation. Plenty of towels, good quality beds/bedding. Lovely pool area and surrounding gardens. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Superb , professional service from Iwona. I would highly recommend this villa and also Villa Tropical Princess which we also stayed in. Everything was as advertised. Thank you.

Stunning perfection

I stayed here with my husband before moving from England to Vancouver. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The house was spacious, elegant, perfectly clean and well appointed. The beautiful pool was always the perfect temperature and the hot-tub glorious. I spent most of my time swimming in the pool taking in the wonderful view or watching TV in the outdoor TV area while my husband cooked on the huge gas BBQ! The nearby Publix store has everything you could ever need, and the huge, lovely kitchen had every utensil imaginable. I will definitely make this my first choice when returning to Florida - next time we'll take the boat! Thank you Iwona and Herbert for an amazing vacation

SUPERB VILLA

Just returned from a week-long stay at this beautiful home. Nothing but superb things to say - spotless house with beautiful furnishings.The villa was exceptionally well equipped. A highlight was the terrific location of the villa on the canal system. The location was also great for fishing.Lots of great restaurants and beaches accessible by road or sea! We would be more than happy to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Top Villa!

[...] Wir kommen schon seit 1998 nach Cape Coral und haben einige Villen bewohnt. Aber Tropical Island zählt zu unseren absoluten Top?Villen: sehr geräumig & großzügig und trotzdem ausreichend kuschelige Plätze und Nischen. Ein wirklich großes Pool zum Schwimmen und Relaxen, angenehm im Haus verteilte Schlafräume und Komfort wohin das Auge blickt. Und das alles sehr gepflegt komfortabel. So kann man sich im Urlaub herrlich entspannen und die Sonnenseiten von Florida und Cape Coral genießen. LG
