Coconut Cove Home with Sunny South-Facing Family Pool, Canal & Boat Dock

Swim, kayak, fish, rent a boat on Gulf access canal! This bright and airy 2 story home is ready to welcome you and your family:)

Waterfront private & quiet retreat with extra large sliders for wide open views of the South-facing pool and canals. The ultimate in outdoor/indoor living. We are a 5 min car ride or 10 min bike ride to many restaurants and amenities that Cape Coral and the Marina have to offer.

Amenities include a heated pool, attached spa, boat dock with lift, free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, and multiple smart TVs with all popular apps. Indoor and outdoor dining options have ample space. We also provide a kayak, life vests, several bicycles and toys & games for the whole family.

Main Suite: Primary suite located on the main floor of the home. It is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Features a smart TV, a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, double shower heads in large walk in shower, and walk in closet. It has large sliders which fully open to the screened in lanai and pool.

Banana Leaf Suite: This suite features two queen size beds, a smart TV, desk and chair, and large sliders leading to a balcony deck for grand views of the water and pool. En-suite to shared upstairs bathroom.

Captain's Suite: Your very own queen size bed, walk in closet, and views of the ‘owls’ which live just in front (across) our property.

Sunshine Suite: Perfect for little ones and adults alike! Features a triple bunk bed (2 full, 1 single) and crib. Toy chest, games and more fun included.

Additional Sleeping Spaces: Full size memory foam pull out sofa in spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, as well as

All bed linens, bath, pool, and kitchen towels included, as well as basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel.

This was overall the best stay we have had! The house was big enough to fit everyone comfortably. The house was so clean and the amenities were perfect! Wonderful time

Laurie is an amazing host and was super quick to respond to messages we had. The pool was perfect and heated in the morning for our little one to enjoy it! The kids toys and items throughout the house was so nice to have and kept our daughter occupied. This house is in a great location with many things to do and a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Cape Coral beach, shopping and dining. I will say this was the cleanest house we’ve stayed in and would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

Family Vacation 2023

We chose this place because we wanted a new place with access to new beaches and places we hadn’t been before and this gave us that. The owner was very nice and helpful. They were accessible throughout our journey and eager to help us anytime we needed it. They answered all our questions. I would recommend this location for your family vacation and the pool is great!!!!

Great family stay for all ages

Master bedroom on ground floor is perfect. Quiet corner lot. Lots of space for everyone. Love the bikes and extras provided in the gargage. Owner is very responsive! Only 2 notes...first hot tub is only on certain hours unless requested and second no binder for favorites, instructions, etc. Wonderful property and great stay!!

Lovely Home

We had a splendid stay! The house was budget friendly, for such a nice home. The hot tub and pool where a huge hit for the kids and even the adults. The house had lots of extras for kids if you plan on bringing children. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lots of extra towels, linens, and blankets. Also a pack n play and a couple extra roll away beds. There is so many beds, which fit our large group. The gate for the pool was very nice to have for the toddlers. House was clean and spacious. The owner was quick to respond and wanted to make sure are stay was perfect.. Which it was , 5+ stars!

we love it.

this was our first rental and we loved it. it had everything we needed and more. we played games we have not played as a family in years my 11 month old grandson loved his walk and the flooring because at home we have carpet and its hard to move so he was zipping everywhere. loved the pool. Loved the dock my brother brought his boat they went out fishing had a great time caught fish but released them. we just had a overall blast. would love to return on Christmas. I think that would be magical!!! thank you for the memories and opportunity.

Fun with pink flamingo

The house itself was absolutely amazing. We didn’t have any small children with us but saw how well equipped the house was for families. Having a full bath by the pool was wonderful. We used the bicycles that were supplied. Being able to fully open the sliding doors off of the living room was great. The pool area was nice and big, well furnished. The location worked out really well. Our only regret was the cool outdoor temperatures which didn’t allow the pool to heat to a warm degree for swimming. Maybe in the future a cover for the pool would help? The only other suggestion we have is that it would be nice to have written instructions about garbage days, TV info, etc.

The place was incredible! Super clean. Extremely well appointed. So many items available that we didn't even know we needed. Everyone loved the pool (we may have killed the flamingo, though). Super-easy check-in. The property manager was very nice and communicative; answered all of our questions (even weird ones) quickly. The bed in the master suite may have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Our teen daughters say their beds were very comfortable as well. The sectional in the living area wasn't the most comfortable to sit on, but adequate. We didn't use the pull-out bed in the couch. Overall, after 5 days we were definitely not ready to leave! Felt like home!

Annual Cousins Trip

Overall, a great property to stay, the house has everything that's listed on the website, host was great in answering any questions. Was not responsive initially but once we checked in, she answered back within a very reasonable time. A/C wasn't working properly, she sent a tech to look into it and fixed it the next day. Overall I would give 4 stars for the house. Only thing I would point that was bad was the swimming pool was a bit dirty, it needs to be cleaned up. And also, this house was for 14 people, we had 11 on the trip and the living room needs to have a couple more chairs or sofas for all to sit together, we had to pull dining chairs when we all want to sit together in the living room. Currently not more than 7 people can sit there.

Hey! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home :-) As stated in your check in message, we do have a cleanliness guarantee for the home and the pool and would have been more than happy to fix anything that may have been missed. Unfortunately though we never heard about any issues during your stay. We only heard that you were having trouble with how to set the air conditioning and came and showed you how to use it right away. We have the pool and our home cleaned before every guest and again if there any issues, I’m very easy to reach. Everything at the home is as pictured but I do appreciate the feedback on additional seating :-)
