This modern and bright house is fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Being located close to the characteristic pine forests of the region, it also offers a perfect space to enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides

Details:
Bedroom with two single beds and with the possibility of adding an extra bed (on request) for a third person.
New and modern kitchen open to the living room and equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc.. Washing machine available.
Living-dining room with comfortable sofa, TV with Spanish and international programmes, air conditioning, wifi and dining table.
Bathroom with shower
Outside there is a covered porch equipped with garden table and chairs.
Near the porch there is a barbecue.
Swimming pool fenced for the safety of the youngest (padlock available to close the gate). Sun loungers are also available in the pool area.

The plot is fully fenced and gated for privacy and security. Within the plot there is space to easily park one or two vehicles.

The house managers will come in 2-3 times a week to water the plants for cleaning and maintenance of the pool.
