The cottage is very cosily furnished, but still conveys a feeling of luxury, and on the ground floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) with its own beer dispenser. The kegs can be purchased on site. In the adjoining living room there is a cosy sitting area and a large tiled stove. A living room with couch and SaT TV is adjacent. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC. The four bedrooms (2 with balcony) on the upper floor have their own TV. There is also a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate WC. In the basement is the wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, whirlpool and a relaxation room that invites you to relax.

In front of the hut you have your own sun terrace with seating and deckchairs, a barbecue and green meadows as far as the eye can see. A pond for splashing around or ice skating and a great natural playground are right next to your holiday home, so that you never lose sight of the children. Young and old can also enjoy a small petting zoo with rabbits, sheep and donkeys. Ski trail no. 13 in the Lachtal family ski area runs just a few metres from the hut, providing direct access to the ski piste and a direct descent to the hut after a day's skiing.
