The gourmet state-of-the-art kitchen flows into the dining area, and laundry machines are conveniently located on this level. Step outside to the first of three outdoor spaces, complete with a BBQ grill. This floor also features a second bedroom (King) with a full bathroom including a tub.

Third Floor:
The spacious primary bedroom (King) boasts an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Enjoy stunning Mission Bay views from the bedroom and step out onto the private balcony equipped with a fire pit. Stairs from the balcony lead to the rooftop deck, where you`ll find 2 sun loungers and breathtaking panoramic views of Mission Bay.
