Welcome to this beautiful 3bd/2bth 1400 sqft home in San Diego's historic Little Italy/Bankerâs Hill neighborhood. Eloquently decorated mid-century modern spacious unit includes plenty of space for family and friends and bonus outdoor living area with a fire pit, bocce court, synthetic turf and paver stone areas. This Spanish style villa was originally constructed in 1928 and has undergone a full restoration which provides modern comfort while maintaining the original style and charm. A chef's kitchen includes all the fixings and the dining room with table for 6 is perfect for hosting. Unit includes: AC/heat, walk in laundry room with washer/dryer, high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, high end custom cabinets with slow closing drawers & hinges, under-counter LED lighting, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, recessed LED lighting and ceiling fans, solid core doors, custom bathrooms with high end tub and shower.
