Your paved car park is right outside the front door of your 5* star Edelweiss holiday flat. You share this front door with the grandma of the house. When you open your locked flat entrance door, an earthy, rustic living room awaits you.

The dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette with cookware and crockery and a dining table with 4 chairs. The cosy pull-out sofa with ottoman or the comfortable red/white checked wing chair with footstool are perfect for relaxing in front of the 50-inch Smart TV. A rustic electric fireplace provides the added flair of a mountain hut atmosphere?

The cosy, wood-panelled bedroom, which is equipped with a motor-adjustable box-spring bed and has direct access to the bathroom, awaits you next. At the foot of the beds, there is space for a baby cot, which we are happy to provide free of charge!

The bathroom has a washbasin, WC and a large walk-in rain shower. Toiletries for the first day and a hand-held hairdryer are part of the service.

A private terrace with electric awning, seating area and cosy lounge invites you to linger in the sun. From the patio door in the living room, you can access your own patio area with flower beds and a fountain with a stream. Your own garden furniture, a lounge area, clothes horse and small barbecue are part of your outdoor equipment. Additional features include insect screens on the windows and doors and an electric awning.

For our little guests we offer free high chair, Chicco Baby Hug, travel cot from Hauck or bed guards!

You only need your personal belongings, nothing else!
Wi-Fi access, final cleaning, bed linen, hand and shower towels as well as basic equipment such as toilet paper, Zewa, rubbish bags, tea towels, table linen etc. are included in the price! Use of tumble dryer and washing machine in the communal cellar! All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and wipeable tiles and cork vinyl floors.
We also have a heart for dogs :-) Up to two dogs are allowed. A robot vacuum cleaner ensures that the floor is swept clean.

Our guests receive the AktivCARD-Bayerischer-Wald exclusively and free of charge. This is the all-inclusive guest card with which you have free access to over 130 services within a radius of 50km. The free services include "outdoor and indoor swimming pools, ski lifts and ski hire, museums, leisure and cultural facilities or even an e-car" within a radius of 0.5-50km.
