The living space totals 100m², with a modern and fully-equipped kitchen (10m²) on the ground floor, including a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave and a coffee machine. Next to it there is the cosy living room with a large dining table and comfortable chairs. The area with a sofa and fireplace stove occupies around 20m². An LCD TV with 40 international channels provides entertainment. A special stereo system with a CD player rounds off the entertainment programme.
