It is accessible at ground level via a separate entrance. 2 terraces invite you to linger and offer a relaxing view of the garden. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, high-quality tiles and parquet flooring. A dressing room to store your luggage replaces the wardrobe. All rooms are bright and connected without thresholds. The rooms can be darkened with window blinds. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. A desk completes the furnishings. The beautiful, spacious eat-in kitchen offers a fitted kitchen, a large dining table and access to the garden terrace. The covered barbecue area can be used by prior arrangement. The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Shops, restaurants and cash machines are approx. 650 metres away. Public transport connections are a 5-minute walk away, so the journey to the zoo takes 10 minutes, to Museum Island 34 minutes, to the main railway station 33 minutes and to BER airport 50 minutes.
