The complex is laid out like a traditional Alpujarra neighbourhood. It has marvellous views over the village and the region, swimming pool (open only in summer, check exact dates), barbecues, children's playground, large garden areas, washing machines (for a fee) and parking.

Cosy rural house with three double bedrooms, sleeps six (extendable up to 8 with extra beds at extra cost), distributed over two floors and located in the Balcón de Válor rural complex. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large living room with fireplace and a wonderful terrace with barbecue from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the village. A bar with an arcade separates the living room from the kitchen. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, both with balcony and a complete bathroom.
