This spacious two-storey holiday house (renovation year 2017) is in secluded surroundings on the car-free island Zlarin, far away from tourist masses. The nearest beach is only about 100 metres from the house. As the island has a strict prohibition of any kind of cars, the little island is ideal for a restorative holiday and also makes it interesting for cyclists and hikers. The two terraces on the ground floor and the roof terrace above provide garden furniture and chairs as well as a parasol. There are also two garden loungers for resting and relaxing. The roof terrace with its comfortable seating group and unobstructed open sea view will no doubt become your favourite spot. How about a glass of wine in the evening enjoying the view? The site with a brick-built grill in the garden is fenced in and is therefore suitable for a holiday with children and dogs.

The house with 100m² of living space comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight persons. The living room on the ground floor has a flat-screen TV and a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 190cm). One of the total of three bedrooms is also on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed. The lower floor also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle along with a dining space and a modern bathroom with a shower. There is a pantry with a fridge and freezer. A further shower room and two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds are on the upper floor. Each bedroom is also fitted with air conditioning. From the upper floor you have access to the roof terrace affording a breathtaking sea view and a view towards the west to enjoy the sunset.

The idyllic island Zlarin is off the Adriatic coast at Sibenik, centrally located for two of the most popular national parks in northern Dalmatia, Krka and Kornati. The nearest beach is about 100 metres away. It is not a sandy beach, but concrete and rock. 300 metres away there is also a beach that is more suitable for children or the elderly. The village Zlarin with its restaurants and a market is a 15-minute walk away (five minutes by bike). It takes about 20 minutes with a commercial boat line from the town Šibenik, which is really worth a visit, to the magical harbour of the island Zlarin. It is then about a 15-minute walkt o the holiday house. The other and better option for new arrivals, because of luggage, is to pick you up with the personal boat from the little village Zablace, where you can park your car on the free communal car park. It only takes ten minutes to cross the channel and then a further two minutes on foot to the house, which – with the exception of just one house in the neighbourhood – is really secluded and so ensures real peace and quiet. If you need a private garage, the lessor can arrange this in the town Šibenik for a fee and for a maximum of two cars. From there you are taken to the village Zablace.

Please note that the holiday house can only be accessed along a non-asphalted road (gravel track approx. 200 metres). Air conditioning, a washing machine, a travel bed for a toddler, Internet access and pets are free of charge. In addition, six bicycles are available free of charge including helmet, along with diving goggles for snorkeling, two kayaks for two persons and a child with life jackets, as well as a SUP board, so nothing stands in the way of an active holiday.
