You're eight minutes from Boeing Everett's front gate, close enough to make an early standup, far enough to actually decompress when the day's over.

Every turnover is hotel-quality clean. Fresh linens, restocked amenities, spotless surfaces.

Two private king bedrooms, a camp-style attic with a queen bed, a dedicated workspace with fast wifi (300 Mbps), a Redwood Outdoors steam and heated sauna in the backyard, and a coffee bar stocked with locally roasted Bargreens beans. The whole house is yours. No shared spaces, no hotel hallways, no front desk small talk.

THE WORKSPACE

THE SAUNA
After a 10-hour day on the factory floor or in back-to-back meetings, you walk into your backyard and steam it out in the brand new Redwood Outdoors Cedar steam sauna. This place was built for unwinding.

LOCATION
The nearest waterfront park is Harborview and it's three minutes away. Howarth Park is less than 5 minutes away. Both are good for a morning run, a decompression walk, or a call you'd rather take outside.

This is a private, quiet property. Not a party house. No shared walls. Just a clean, well-run home base where you can work hard, recover harder, and not think about logistics.

GATHER
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use: coffee, tea, organic spices and honey, GreenPan ceramic cookware, and wood and silicone cutting boards. We've stocked non-toxic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. And because the yard is fully fenced and gated, kids and dogs are free to roam.
