Our family had a great time staying at this property. The house was clean and comfortable and had a great layout for a family of 5 and pet friendly. The main bedroom is upstairs and private from the kids rooms downstairs. Large kitchen with large table great for meals and playing board games. Extra space downstairs if kids want a movie night. The fenced property was fantastic to let the dog out and run around to get the wiggles out. The host had great communication and was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying and would come back again!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home with its outstanding view. The furnishings and amenities were great including comfortable beds. It was easy to communicate with Patti, the property manager. She was polite and responded quickly to our requests. Weâd love to come back!
Peaceful views, comfortable beds, and space for everyone to spread out if they wanted to! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we loved seeing all the wildlife roaming around the house (deer & bunnies mostly). We would absolutely stay here again!
We enjoyed our weekend immensely. The home is clean and comfortable. My family really appreciated being able to bring our fur baby along with us on vacation.
Our family of 5 plus two dogs had a great experience at this home. The place is very spacious, clean, well loved and had plenty of supplies for our stay. The fenced yard is very helpful with the dogs while the patio upstairs still has a beautiful view of the water. The waterfront is just a couple of blocks away and there are plenty of beaches and community shopping areas within a short driving distance. The hot tub was nice and hot as well as clean. We had a great experience all around. Thank you!
Family vacation in some of the hottest Western Washington weather, the house was hot, but the breeze off the water in the evening was perfect. The view and neighborhood is lovely and quite and the beach is a close drive or walk but on a hill. The large gourmet kitchen is delightful to cook in, but being all your own condiments and oils and such. They have pans, pots, rosters, casserole pans you name it so you can whip up a tasty meal. This home is a great getaway for a large family or couples who want to have some space and privacy as there is one private bedroom down stairs and the master bed room up stairs two full bathroom and the cute powered room for extra! Big open floor plan would be great for little kids also.
My husband and two children ages 9 and 11 stayed here for 5 nights. Whidbey is our favorite place to go! This home was exactly as advertised and the pictures and description were very accurate. The basement had the living room/fireplace, another open room with the bunk bed and futon, and a bedroom off of that room so the basement felt huge for the kids to play! The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were all very friendly. The baby deer and bunnies ran and played in the yard. The view at sunset was amazing! The hottub was a god send for our few rainy days we had. Something to note is the hot water takes FOREVER to get hot but again, it wasn't a major issue. The yard was beautiful but there were tons of small thorny weeds in the grass which made it difficult to run barefoot or play soccer(again, not a major issue at all but worth noting). There was an empty lot behind the house and on both sides so we felt like there was tons of space and open view. The beach was a very short walk but it's uphill all the way back so we drove down a few times and parked. There were so many sand dollars and eagles, it was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!
Well kept, kitchen well equipped. Comfortable to live in. Decor well done. Very clean. Good neighborhood. It was very hot when we were there so needed the use of the fans.
We had such a wonderful stay! The house is very charming, well stocked and well laid out. It is a short walk down to a small beach. The house also has a beautiful view of Cultus Bay on the Sound. The sunset views are extraordinary. The house is extremely comfortable for a family of six. We would love to return to this little slice of perfection on Whidbey Island!
The property was well maintained and clean when we arrived. The property manager was responsive to questions and helped us in rebooking our trip for a convenient time after getting snowed out the first time! The house was the perfect set up for our two families with kids ages 4 & 8, and everyone loved the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and the location was accessible for exploring other areas of Whidbey. We would definitely come back!
We had such a wonderful time on Whidbey Island! The house was perfect for our stay, two adults and an infant. I loved that Patti was so fast to reply to any questions we had or help we needed. The location is great, just a few minutes from anything you could need, and within reasonable driving distance to see all the sights and visit all of the welcoming towns on the island. We loved how walkable the neighborhood was, and how safe it felt. The view is GORGEOUS! The house was very clean and organized, with ample supplies to last the weekend. Lots of extra towels, toilet paper, and all the right essentials in the kitchen. Love that the home isnât overly crowded with furniture and decor. The only feedback would be (and this was not at all detrimental to our stay) that the downstairs bathroom shower knobs are kind of tricky, and the futon tilts over if you sit on the edge. We would love to visit again and bring the rest of our family!!
My friends, dog and I enjoyed a lovely getaway on Whidbey Island in this beautifully decorated home. The water view was so peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We mostly stayed at the house so didnât get out to any of the local restaurants but there is a market very close to the home. Communication with the property manager was excellent and we didnât have any issues. We would definitely recommend this home in Clinton. Only word of caution is the decreased ferry service which resulted in a 2.5 hour wait on Thursday night. This may be a deterrent for families traveling with children, but you could also get to the island by driving through Deception Pass and driving south from Oak Harbor.
