Welcome to your spacious and modern retreat in Everettâs quiet Lowell neighborhood. This newly renovated 3-bed, 2-bath unit is designed for comfort and convenience, filled with bright, natural light and featuring contemporary decor.
Relax in the open-concept living area, featuring a comfortable leather sofa and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The full kitchen is a chef`s delight, complete with white quartz countertops, a large island with seating, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.
Rest peacefully in one of the three bedrooms, offering two King beds and one Queen bed. One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated desk and chair, creating the perfect workspace for remote work or study. The home includes two pristine, modern bathroomsâone with a walk-in shower and the other with a relaxing bathtub.
For your convenience, the unit is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, AC via a mini-split system, and individual heating in each room to ensure your comfort year-round.
Free parking is available for your vehicle in the garage, with additional free parking available on the street.
