• Pool/Spa Heat (Optional Add-On): Pool heat is available for an additional fee $35/day ($45/day November-March) and must be requested 2 days in advance. Guests are expected to pay at least 3 consecutive days' heated pool/spa service. Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.

•Grill (Optional Add-On): $85/stay, including the use and cleaning of the grill plus a full tank of propane. Needs to be paid at least 1 day before arrival.

• Conservation View: The backyard faces a peaceful conservation area with no rear neighbors. Wildlife may occasionally be seen — please do not feed animals.

• Resort Community: The home is located in a residential resort community. Quiet hours and parking rules are strictly enforced.

• Parking: Maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. No street parking, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles permitted.

• No Parties or Events: This home is intended for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap). Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.

• No pool towels provided.

• Smart TVs: All bedrooms include Smart TVs. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts.

• Security: For safety, ring doorbell is installed at the front door. No cameras inside the home.
