Bienvenue dans notre villa sur la Country Estate Pinewood qui est situé à Orlando, en Floride. Notre villa dispose d'une piscine privée, un spa et entièrement équipée salle de jeux. La villa se compose de 6 grandes chambres, 3 suites de salle de bains et un vestiaire en bas. Le rez de chaussée a été carrelé pour une atmosphère plus confortable. Comme on peut s'y attendre de maisons de luxe équipée tout est pris en charge. Votre séjour chez nous sera une expérience relaxante et si vous souhaitez les utiliser, nous sommes dans les 10 - 15 minutes des attractions de Disney et à 15 - 20 minutes d'attractions telles que Universal Studios et SeaWorld. Vous pouvez vous détendre avec des trajets rapides vers et depuis votre destination choisie.

Veuillez noter qu'il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de la villa. Vous ne pouvez fumer qu'à l'extérieur de la villa.

Fantastic location

Villa was in a fantastic location, very close proximity to all major attractions We were very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I believe the photos in the listing don't do it justice at all, it exceeded our expectations Lovely neighbourhood and surrounding area is quiet, Great for families! Couple of things could do with updating but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely bear it in mind for future visits 😊

Spacious place to stay

Overall we had a great stay. Very spacious home and the property provided more than expected. Had a couple minor hiccups and they responded promptly and were great people to rent from. Very close to attractions with a quiet neighborhood vibe.

Not as expected...

The host was really nice and prompt with messages, BUT... It was very dated and needed a DEEP clean. No checklist posted for the exit process. Bath towels needed to be replaced: old and dingy. Couch was filthy...needed a deep clean. It could be a very nice house if maintained properly.

Amazing place

The home was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The pool and hot tub were nice. Close to the amusement parks. Only thing to watch for is the tree at the end of the driveway. We almost backed into it.

Overall decent house bed in master isnt a queen tho and same as the 2 full size upstairs and cant take the air conditioner any lower than 75 and thats just to hot to be really comfortable owner is very responsive and the management company was great to work with. Could use some updating on the beds they was a bit hard

Definite return trip planned

This was our first time staying at this property. It by far exceeded expectations with the amount of space and layout. Mike was responsive and kind (even when I admitted I was an idiot and locked the front door wrong). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking our next stay here!

The property was located close to Disney and very convenient for the parks, there was an awful lot of police traffic in the area but we had no issues. The property could do with a little updating especially the mattered most of the guest found them uncomfortable. The owner excellent at responding and ensuring any quieter where managed. The management team were on hand and cleaned the pool several times while we were there. Overall this was a clean tidy property. There where just a few things I feel could have been “better” however this was very cost effective, the space was fantastic where 10 adults did not feel like we where on top of each other. Thank you.

Has everything you need

Property definitely needs updated but was clean, nice, and roomy for the price. Several pack and plays, strollers, a fan for every room, towels, etc. There was one major issue that was resolved in a timely manner.

Lovely property, great location, loads of room, beautiful view from the pool area and helpful owner.

The villa is located 20 minutes from most of the Disney attractions, dependent on traffic of course. It is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the lake. The villa is well kept and has plenty of room for anyone. There are loads of extra towels. If you have any issues, the owner is more than helpful. We had a fantastic time and I would like to thank the owner for allowing us to stay in his wonderful villa.

Overall nice and clean with a good open layout. Would have liked the AC a little lower and apps for kids in the TV. The water did leak from bathroom above laundry room. But those were the only complaint.

Month long stay !!!

We stayed at the property for a month. It was beautiful, such an amazing location so handy to everything. House is massive and plenty of space for everyone. We had our teenage kids, 8 year old daughter and my dad. Everyone had their own space. We loved watching the sunsets over the lake! Property manager was amazing and so helpful. So quick to respond. Property owner was very helpful and gave very clear instructions about the property. We definitely would stay at this property again!!!

Fantastic Universal Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Universal and this was an awesome vacation rental for our trip. The home was very spacious. We all had plenty of room to spread out after long days at the parks. The teens and kids enjoyed the pool and spa. The house was clean. The community was safe with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owner, Philip, was very responsive and friendly. Beautiful and private view from the back of the property. The house was a little cosmetically outdated, but it was perfect for our family! Great value. Thank you!

Lovely Villa

Home was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the pool and adults appreciated the kid lock on the back door. Helped with peace of mind knowing kids could not easily get to the pool. Pool table was slightly un-level but we fixed it with some folded paper. Good enough to pass some time. Appreciated the strollers and pack-n-play for us to borrow. Close to Disney World which was the point of our vacation. Lovely host. Thorough instructions on house lock prior to arrival. Would stay at again.

Large home with pool and spa

Home was plenty big. Needs a little updating but works just fine for families. Pool was warm and spa was warmer, you pay extra for the heating of it. We did however lose our pool heater 1 full day before we left. Not real overly happy about the pool heater but stil enjoyed. No home phone so if you are not from the USA you will need to use your cell and it is a little costly for sure. Still overall a decent place for the price. We would go back.

Served its purpose, but could be much better

I want to start with the things that our family liked about the house first. The home is in a nice area with close proximity to restaurants, a target, and the Disney parks which is convenient! It is very large with ample bedrooms and plenty of space for our family of 10 ten to be comfortable. The neighbors are nice, and the pond/lake is pretty and good for fishing. The pool area is also nice. Now for the things we were not so impressed with. Upon entering the home we were less than thrilled with the level of cleanliness throughout. The rug was (for a lack of better terms) gross enough for us to roll it up and store it elsewhere while we stayed there. The couches need to be deep cleaned. There was a build up of dust/grime throughout the house along the baseboards. Cobb webs in corners, dusty air vents, stained and dingey lampshades, the list goes on. The floors were so dirty that they turned the feet of our crawling baby black. We called the number provided and brought the lack of cleanliness to their attention and their response was pretty snarky and basically just said “well I cleaned it myself and it was clean when I left it this morning.” The house is in dire need of a DEEP professional clean. It is also in dire need of some updates and replacement of certain furnishings. The beds were absolutely awful, you could feel the metal springs protruding and stabbing you.
