La Isla Bonita is a spacious, beautifully home located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. This beach themed Villa is enclosed within Emerald Island Resort, a manicured gated community with private security.

The area is surrounded by over 300 acres of conservation grounds including a nature walk trail. This tranquil space offers a memorable getaway for vacationers of all ages!

Our villa is in close proximity to many fun places to visit including:
Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & H20 Waterpark
Orange County Convention Center, Legoland, Ripley’s Believe or Not

After a day of fun sightseeing in the Orlando area, you and your family can decompress as you swim in the pool and spa with a newly installed pool heater, in the beautifully decorated, huge enclosed private yard with an outdoor shower. The Villa is an oasis of tranquility and calm with its massive high ceilings, open floor plan and beach décor. From watching movies in the family room to cooking a delicious meal together with your family in the large white kitchen, it is our hope that you will make beautiful family memories at La Isla Bonita!

Theme Park Vaca 2025

Three families…six adults and six kids. Great location and easy drive to theme parks. Such a great space to relax after a long day of walking. Kids loved the pool. Would book again without hesitation and would recommend to anyone.

Location for restaurants, beach, arcade, top gold and groceries was fantastic. The only thing we didn't see online was turning pool heat on 2 days before checking in. Great experience for all!

Awesome vacation

Beautiful property. My early check-in request was approved which facilitated our arrival. Excellent communication with property owner and top notch service from property manager. The villa is well equipped and very close to all amenities. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Kissimmee. Would definitely stay there again on future vacation.

Nice Property

Pretty much as advertised. Spacious home, nice resort subdivision. Well appointed. Lots of pantry items and pool toys, chaise lounges, etc. We didn't use the pool table in the garage. The houses on either side were unoccupied during our stay, so can't comment on noise or neighbors, but the subdivision overall was very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay in the property. There were more than enough towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. A stool may help some vertically challenged guests. Some of the beds are squeaking and could be an easy fix. Overall, will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Perfect Villa

We had a fantastic vacation in no small part to this property. It was clean, large and easily able to accommodate the 9 of us that visited. The location is perfect, close to amenities and the parks. The resort is quiet and everyone is very polite and respectful. The resort club house is also very clean and something we used more than we have during previous vacations. All in all, 10/10. Thank you.

What a beautiful stay!

Wow what an amazing time we had! The most beautiful home! It was so clean and tidy and spotless when we arrived! They were doing last minute checks as we arrived which just made us feel even better of the care and thought going into our stay! The bedrooms were perfect! The decor was beautiful and the host/owner was brilliant! In constant contact and answered all our questions and even sent us a checking up message to make sure we were having a good time! We always stay at emerald island resort as it’s the perfect spot close to the parks and local restaurants! One of the best villas we have stayed in! Amazing! Made our holiday!

2024 Golf Trip

Property was as advertized. Very comfortable and close to everthing we needed. Some expected amenities such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper supplies, and trash bags were either missing or in short supply. A few lights were out and the pool was freezing, but clean! You can pay extra for the pool to be heated. Pool area was large and comfortable.

Beautiful Place with Great Owners

This was a great place to stay and owners were super friendly and responsive during the entire process. Only issue was with the property manager - at the end of stay prop mgr claimed "broken/missing" items. There were 2 adults and 11 - 12/13 year old girls and the toliet was "shifted of the base". My husband is a plumber and theres no way a teen girl could've done that.. they would've had to fully kick it with all their strenght and MAYBE it wouldve done that. My thoughts is the prop mgr knew the issues previously and then put it on us to file a claim. (Since we had got the insurance they used that to fix the items) I would suggest to take a video at the beginning and end of each stay with date/time stamps.

We were excited to host the girls volleyball team and indeed communication was great. We even sent a welcome package and goodies for the girls to enjoy during their stay. There is no doubt that the items that were broken and missing, were from your group as the persons who stayed prior to your visit was the owner and everything was intact and immaculate when your group arrived. We have reason to believe that there were more people staying at the house than indicated as per our front door camera and the new couches were used to sleep on when there should have been plenty of beds for the number of people expected from the contract. Since the house was left in such poor condition that it required a longer than average cleaning and repairs were needed, we had to file a claim and informed you ahead of time. Our property manager takes a short video before and after the guest leave for this same reason. This is how we became aware of the broken and missing items. We are sure that on our end we did everything possible to ensure that you and your party had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately we were forced to file a claim to repair the damages done to the home.

Perfect property for our group

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Even though the pool heater was not working, we made use of the pool. We were in it constantly! The setup of this home was perfect for our group of 11. Everyone had their own bedroom to retreat to for downtime. Guests should be aware that bathroom amenities are slim. Bring your own shower toiletries. You will also need to buy toilet paper frequently, depending on your stay. The house has limited bathroom amenities. We were probably told this ahead of time and didn't pay attention. That's on us. When we first arrived, being vacation rental cleaners ourselves, we felt the home could have been cleaner. One guest took her bedding off immediately to check for bed bugs. There weren't any! However, she noticed that there were tears in the mattress protector and stains on the bedding. She immediately changed the bedding and tried to relax. Once we settled into the property, it felt like home. It felt lived in, which when first arriving is a little off-putting, but after settling in, it just feels comfortable. Understand though, in my opinion, you have to have the kind of group that isn't expecting top of the line. Overall, this property was perfect for our budget and our group. I don't know that I would return to it. I might spend a little more next time to have a little bit more amenities. But that's just my personal opinion. I think others in my group would happily return to this property.

We have taken your suggestions and comments and made some upgrades and renovations that I am sure will impress our guests. We appreciate your patience while we tried to fix the pool heater. We are happy to say that we have a brand new pool heater along with a new filter for guests to enjoy! The pool lights at night along with the heated pool make for wonderful evening swimming. We have added amenities for the convenience of our guests that include a starter kit with paper towels, garbage bags, and detergent pods among other items. We have purchased new plush towels and linens as well as added blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. Our kitchen now enjoys brand new bar stools for family meals to be enjoyed around our giant kitchen island. We hope you and your family will come back to enjoy all the upgrades. We will make it worth your while!

Loved it!

Exactly as pictured! The house fit 12 of us perfectly. It was beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was no more than 20 minutes from each of the Disney parks which was perfect after a long day! Our first house canceled so I was very skeptical about booking another house but the home owners were great and responsive prior to the trip. The property manager was fantastic as well and helped us throughout our stay with questions about the AC and heating system for the pool. Highly recommend this home for large groups/ families. I would love to stay here again… hopefully soon!
