Convenient location

The property was conveniently located beside additional parking, close to the gate in the community and not far from the Oasis Club. Check in/out was very convenient and the home was very clean with comfortable beds! Would book again!

Every bedroom had at least a queen size bed. We heated the pool. That didn't go as smooth as possible. Very responsive to our issue. Great location for golf. Nice community.

Nice property

We were very pleased with the property in Champions Gate. The property was clean and in reasonable shape for a weekly rental. The property manager was attentive to our requests prior to the stay, and we had no issues during the stay. Good pool and spa. Very nice clubhouse area close by also.

Family Vacation 2024

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property, we were here for 4 days. The house was very spacious and clean. Everything pertaining to the house for check-in was sent in a timely manner. The one negative I had was that the showers water pressure could have been stronger. We would definitely rent this house again.

Thanksgiving stay

Beautiful 9 bedroom 5 bath. More than enough room for everyone. First home I have renting that met everyone's needs including my family member that was in a wheelchair. She was able to maneuver about with little to no assist. The stove/kitchen was able to handle the massive meal we prepared. We brought our own pots and pans but was happy to see the kitchen had more than im use to seeing. My family and I thank you for having us.

It was a very nice property; lots of space. The kitchen is not outfitted for a lot of people (number of pots and pans, etc) and for cooking.

Spring Break 2023

Plenty of room for my large family. Everyone had a great time. My only suggestion is to stock the kitchen a little better. You need large pots and pans when cooking for the number of people it holds. Property manager was very responsive! We would stay again!!

The property was very good, with the exception of the Hot Tub. Communication and support from the host was miserable, conflicting, and in some cases false statements. My arrangements for our group have been with VRBO for many years, and this was the first disappointing host experience

YBOA Magic Classic Travel Basketball

Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!

Great home for your get away!

We chose this home because of the reviews stating how great the host was, and they were absolutely correct! She responded promptly to any and all questions and concerns. The home had everything needed for cooking and we ate at the house for almost every meal. We asked for pool heat and it was so nice and warm. The hot tub was actually hot too, so that was fantastic! There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We were happy to have such a clean home to make our stay comfortable!

My First Resort/Home Stay in memory of my aunt who died last year

unable to communicate via phone with property manager who did not understand the texted messages beautiful home but: 1. Bed bugs 2. lost frozen foods due to fridge not freezing 3. broken blinds 4. dirty pool 5.street blocked with MULTIPLE cars even on grass...as I was chastised by property manager and ACCUSED of planning to have a party because all of my ADULT guests were potentially driving their own vehicles from their own home and arriving at different times...I had less cars than neighboring people...and I have pictures...the water on the fridge leaked all night...I was told it was fine before I came...had to place a cup under it...It seemed as if everything I said was knocked down so I just said thank you...

Good stay with some difficulties

The property was big enough for us to stay in and in good shape for the most part. However, the communication with the owner and management was poor. The property had the digital keypad lock which opened just fine when we entered the property for the first time. However, when we left same day for the occasion, we locked the house as instructed and when we came back at night, the unlock code wouldn’t work at all. We tried multiple times but failed. We had an infant and one kid along with some adults stranded outside for about 20-30 minutes. The owner got in touch with us through the VRBO’s messenger but his/her communication was poor and also couldn’t help much with unlocking the house. He/She didn’t come on the phone for whatever reason. Also the number provided by the owner to contact them in case we need help didn’t work at that time around 11:30 pm. We got in after about 30 mins. They sent the key in the morning just in case that happens again. Also we requested the pool to be heated up a night before for the use next day and they said it will take couple of hours to heat up, but when the person came to turn on the heat in the morning, it didn’t heat up even after 6 hours when we wanted to use that in the afternoon.

Amazing Girls Weekend

We are a group of close friends who like to get together to spend time every 6 months or so. We previously stayed at this house in February and absolutely loved it! We decided to return and everyone was excited to stay at the house again. My communications with the property manager were perfect. She answered within moments of me sending questions about rebooking, and accommodated our special requests. When we arrived at the house, I was easily able to access via the door code. Once inside, I was greeted with a lovely card and gift, welcoming us back to the house. The house was super clean, and as before, all lights and appliances worked perfectly. The air conditioning was easy to operate, and we had no issues with anything for the entire weekend. What I love about this house is that with 9 bedrooms, everyone had their own room with a king sized bed. Every room also has a ceiling fan, which many properties we have looked at do not have. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the sheets are white and fresh. The bedrooms all have large TVs in them and we were able to operate them easily. We had enough towels and pool towels. We paid to heat the pool and the temperature was comfortable. The hot tub heated quickly when we were ready to go in it. The outdoor furniture was clean and comfortable. Overall, I really love the house, as do my friends. I highly recommend this rental and the ABA property manager who runs it so well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home, we will definitely be returning again in a few months!

TLDR Fantastic house and host! Stay here, you won’t regret it!

I booked this property for a girls weekend for 13 women. I chose this one because all of the beds were king size and one bedroom with two queen beds and the bedrooms all had ceiling fans. There was plenty of space for us to be comfortable! From the start, communication with the property host was super fast and easy. I had some questions that were quickly answered, the photos looked great and the price was reasonable, so I booked our stay. A couple days out, I received very detailed instructions for locating the house and checking in. Upon arriving, I had a little trouble with unlocking the front door. I called the host at the number given in my instructions and she answered right away and patiently walked me through. Once inside, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the house. It was so fresh and clean! The home smelled like new. Great first impression! The entire home looked just like the photos and was immaculate. There were fresh linens on every bed and fresh white towels laid out in the bathrooms and bedrooms. We paid to heat the pool, and the weather was cold on the weekend we stayed. The hot tub heated quickly once we figured out that the controller was just outside the sliding glass door (to the left). To turn the tub on and heat it within a couple of hours, we just kept turning the timer knob all the way on. It was lovely sitting in the hot tub and relaxing after the long drive. The sofa in the living room was large and comfortably seated 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee (there’s a full size Keurig) and cook meals. There’s also a toaster and blender, which was a nice touch. Importantly, there were plenty of wine glasses! There was an issue with the gate we discovered after we went to the grocery store for some supplies. Not knowing what to do, I called the host (this was at about 9 pm) and she quickly answered the phone! Wow! She was, again, so helpful and said she would call the HOA about the gate. We were able to get in and had no further issues. The beds were SO comfortable! I shared a bed with another friend and we had so much room. The mattress was supportive, but not too firm. I got the best sleep! The pillows were so soft. The bedding was really superior! I was impressed with every single aspect of the house and our stay in it. The host was an absolute angel. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group. It is awesome! We will be back for sure!
